I offer a tale of staggering incompetence and dizzying bureaucratic nonsense: In 2001 I bought a Maytag refrigerator. I had no problems for 8 years. I purchased a mattress from the Mattress Mart superstore on Colonnade Rd in January 09 and had them deliver it which went smoothly. A month or so later, I decided to upgrade to a larger size which wasn't a problem because of their 60 day sleep guarantee. I hired Charles Troxell from HDXperts, Inc. (dispatched through HD Installers) to mount my flat panel and install my home theater system. ordered a $10.00 Giant Tomato Tree from Gardener's Choice in May of 2009. The company had the gaul to bill my credit card for $61.85. I called my bank and reported this action as fraud and theft. We have our washing machine got serviced but we end up calling them the next day since our washing machine got worse than what it was before. For the first time in our lives we could afford granite counter tops, Tops Solid Surface in Olympia Washington who works with Shelton Floor Coverings in Shelton, Washington let us pick out the granite and we were so excited. I purchased a king-sized Simmons Beautyrest mattress set from Easy Life Furniture in 2004. I paid about $1800 for the set and recommended bed frame. Had a refrigirator that required a defrost unit repair on the freezer. Was under factory warranty. A and E tecnician came to repair on a Friday. Installed new part. He told us he was in a hurry and that the unit should start cooling in about 15 minitues and if it didnt call the 800 number and they will return. Recently I purchased a mattress from savvyrest.com. The salesperson was very smooth and slick, which should have been my first clue that they were not a reputable company with a quality product. Hi, I have 4 Harbor Breeze outdoor ceiling fans on my patio, they are 5 yrs old. I purchased 2 Leather Recliners fro Ashley Furniture Store about 3 years ago and also purchased their 'Montage Furniture Services' extended 5 year warranty.
