Purchased side by side refrigerator in July of 2008. Model #363GSHL5KGXBCLS. Unable to store milk in over-size door shelf - one of the reasons for purchasing this model - butter is soft in keeper, milk spoils on the top shelf, eggs and other foods freeze on the lower shelves, veggies freeze on shelves or in drawer. Sears and GE have both been here to check unit and repair...still having problems. The refrigerator was replaced once, but still fails to function as it should. I had trouble with them from day one. I was quoted the siding for my home would take a week to finish. They finished in 2 - 3 days! They had to come back numerous times for poor work (siding falling off, work not performed well at all)!! I purchased a Champion four season, over $35, 000 sunroom a copuple of years ago. I immediatley had bugs entering the screens. Bees and Wasp infiltrated my home. I have stained many wooden items and never had a problem with staining. I contacted the company to verify which stain to use; washed and scrubbed the old deck as requested. Spent all summer staining the old and the new deck. Last winter I watched it all peel off. When I contacted them; I was told I should have primed the wood. Stain is suppose to penetrate the wood not sit on the surface as regular paint would do. Now I am stuck with a mess. So now I am using Flood Stain with excellent results. read full review »

We purchased the 4000 series of the AquaSurge dishwasher in January of 2009. It has never gotten my dishes on the top row clean without leaving food residue and that is with using a rinse agent. For last 5 weeks AHS (American Home Shield) and the sub-contractor (United Air Temp) have been tiring to fix my Central A/C unit and so far the issue has not been resolved. I opened a ticket with AHS around Memorial Day for my Central A/C not cooling the house. Our AC went out so we called our home warranty, American Home Shield. They contracted with Rite-a-way services. They called us and said they'd be out the next day. The technician had no clue what he was doing and said it was a number of things that were wrong but then changed his mind. Insured restorations damaged my AC unit they had workers pull on my coper line and that caused a leak of freeon. There were witnesses that said they saw them do it. I purchased 4 new Maytag applainces through Whirlpool, because of a kitchen remodel, on May 12, 2009. They were installed the second week in June. The vented microwave, installed above the stove, did not heat up to cook. The repairman states that the circuit board needs to be replaced, and will take 10 days -2 wks to arrive. In addition, the plate on the microwave, states that it was manufactured in 2006. My intent was to purchase a new product; not one that is already 3 yrs old. A&E Customer Repair Service is awful!!! I have had multiple visits to my home to have my Whirlpool Duet washer fixed. There technical analysis of possible problems with my washer was terrible.
