Please be careful when you shop at Sleepys. The salesmen are very unethical. Yesterday, I went in-store to look for a queen mattress and was misled and then, after making a phone complaint, was cheated by the phone representative. When I first arrived at the store, the salesman was very nice and helpful. He helped me figure out my sleep comfort level and answered all my questions while I tested a number of beds. All was well. What a waste of time! Ordered new hardwoods for my house. After paying upfront for the material because I was told it was a special order, the material never arrived. I had the entire job scheduled out for weeks in advance. They were to do the install also. Randy Lovelace has no idea what is going and he is the VP. While looking for replacement burners for my Perfect Flame BBQ, I came across comments from other owners of this model SLG2006B. I have had a similar experience of the entire unit catching fire (not from a flare-up) The heat was so intense that it seared the siding on the house. My complaint is similar to everyone else's. A computer took the order for pro caulk, didn't give a review of the order but simply said the dollar amount: $68. That's about three times what the advertised amount on the television ad I had just seen. There is no telephone number given at the end of the call. The call is a succession of additional ads trying to get you to buy yet another thing. There was no option to correct the order once I heard the dollar amount. I have been installing low energy recessed ceiling lights (spot type) on an attrition basis for a few years. It appears that light manufactured by Feit Electric (bought at Home Depot) have a very short life... Lately, I have been collecting the failed bulbs and they continue to fail while original, incandescent bulbs are still operating... they are supposed to have longer life, not shorter. I spent approx. $5, 000 in Dec 2005 - Jan 2006 to have my pool re-plastered and re-tiled. Since last summer, the grout around my tile is falling out in chunks and is all cracked. My mattress was purchased in Jan. 2007 and the firts mattress was returned on 4-2007 do to body impression were I am sleepnig mattress care used as shown in customer information, A new mattress and box spring was purchased at the same time. Purchased approximately $2000 King size bed from Select Comfort in January of 2009. Cannot get mattress to stay properly inflated and bed shows depressions caused by the body on either side. Cannot get the hard center line out of the mattress. Have installed lifts under the air chambers to no avail. Numerous complaints to Customer Service and have elevated to managers(at least that is what I have been told) with no resolution for the problem. I became a Southwest Gas customer in November 2008. During that time I have been late with my payment several times. Let me explain why. They send out a bill from Las Vegas to Litchfield Park Arizona 10 days before it is due back to Las Vegas. If you are one day late it is considered delinquent. I think it is completely unreasonable for Southwest Gas to mail a bill (for instance this month) on the 18th and it is due back on the 28th. I bought a loveseat sofa, a recliner and a coffee table at the same day which was loaded and secured improperly by them to my pickup. I was just beginning to get to the freeway and the sofa came tumbling down ruining it. I went back to them and they said that I signed a waiver that they are not responsible for damages incurred after leaving the loading dock. I bought this aquaquik solar pool heater. The hoses wont stop popping off. My pump is too strong for it, But this is not stated in anything . In fact they advertise it being for up to a 32'x16' 52 " pool, and mine is just a 21 ft.
