Bought 2 ceiling fans about a year ago. 1 for my master bedroom and 1 for the living room. I paid about $140 a piece for the fans. Once again they are only a year old and 1 light wont turn on anymore. You can pull the string but the light will not turn on. The other 1 in the bedroom will not turn on high speed anymore. I cant believe what terrible customer service I got from them. Don't buy from them! Not only are their prices over 40% higher than buy plumbing.net but they charge a restocking fee of 5% even if they never send out the item! I manage an apartment complex. We have been bonded for termites with Arrow for 7 years. We changed management recently, and apparently the renewal bill slipped through the cracks. I called them to get a copy of the invoice so we could pay it, but a few days later we were cancelled for non-payment. We placed an order with Pop's Furniture on December 29th, 2008 ($2300.00) with an estimated delivery time of 8 weeks. 8 weeks went by and no delivery or call from Pop's. EXTREMELY unprofessional company. After taken over an account from my landlord, I changed the service from just treating to a full service. Three weeks after ordering 17 storm windows they came in the wrong size due to an error the store personel made while ordering. After reordering the windows they came in the wrong size again. The right size was on the window but they did'nt measure the same as the size on the window by as much as 3/4 of an inch. Now after six weeks of waiting and no windows they want to order them again? I bought a MP4 player from Riverstreams website. It arrived faulty and took me 2 weeks for them to give me a return code so that I could send it back. The new one eventually arrived which was also faulty, same story again, they claimed it was a faulty USB cable, which was not so. After a month of e mailing they gave me code to return it to their facility in Nottingham. That was 3 weeks ago and since then I've heard nothing, no replacement and no reply on e mail. We purchased a couch and chair for the living room. We were told delivery will be in 3 weeks. We made arrangements to have our old living room furniture to be moved the morning of delivery. Please be careful when you shop at Sleepys. The salesmen are very unethical. Yesterday, I went in-store to look for a queen mattress and was misled and then, after making a phone complaint, was cheated by the phone representative. What a waste of time! Ordered new hardwoods for my house. After paying upfront for the material because I was told it was a special order, the material never arrived. I had the entire job scheduled out for weeks in advance. They were to do the install also. Randy Lovelace has no idea what is going and he is the VP. While looking for replacement burners for my Perfect Flame BBQ, I came across comments from other owners of this model SLG2006B. I have had a similar experience of the entire unit catching fire (not from a flare-up) The heat was so intense that it seared the siding on the house. My complaint is similar to everyone else's. A computer took the order for pro caulk, didn't give a review of the order but simply said the dollar amount: $68. That's about three times what the advertised amount on the television ad I had just seen. There is no telephone number given at the end of the call. The call is a succession of additional ads trying to get you to buy yet another thing. There was no option to correct the order once I heard the dollar amount. I have been installing low energy recessed ceiling lights (spot type) on an attrition basis for a few years. It appears that light manufactured by Feit Electric (bought at Home Depot) have a very short life... Lately, I have been collecting the failed bulbs and they continue to fail while original, incandescent bulbs are still operating... they are supposed to have longer life, not shorter. My mattress was purchased in Jan. 2007 and the firts mattress was returned on 4-2007 do to body impression were I am sleepnig mattress care used as shown in customer information, A new mattress and box spring was purchased at the same time. Purchased approximately $2000 King size bed from Select Comfort in January of 2009. Cannot get mattress to stay properly inflated and bed shows depressions caused by the body on either side. Cannot get the hard center line out of the mattress. Have installed lifts under the air chambers to no avail. Numerous complaints to Customer Service and have elevated to managers(at least that is what I have been told) with no resolution for the problem. I became a Southwest Gas customer in November 2008. During that time I have been late with my payment several times. Let me explain why. They send out a bill from Las Vegas to Litchfield Park Arizona 10 days before it is due back to Las Vegas. If you are one day late it is considered delinquent. I think it is completely unreasonable for Southwest Gas to mail a bill (for instance this month) on the 18th and it is due back on the 28th.
