Diamond Furniture company is a truly bad representation of good customer service and have horrible company standards. Their slogan is "Nobody beats the Diamond Deal", however this is a complete hipocritic statement. I purchased a MADINA LOUNGE SUITE from Russells Ladybrand in December 2008. Based on a showroom sofa, we ordered two leather sofas from Palliser. When they arrived they barely resembled the one in the showroom. All the leather seams (which are sewn in Mexico) of this supposedly Canadian made sofa were gathered, puckered, wrinkled so badly that the sofas looked cheap and hastily made. I called Southtowns Appliance to take a look at my gas range that was not working correctly. On 3/12/09 we had our air ducts cleaned by this company, whose name should be changed to "DIRTY Air Technologies"! Subcontractors beware. Do not work for Huff and Associates if you want to get paid on time. They will not and do not pay on time period and when it comes time to collect your retainage you will have to file a mechanics lien on the job and file a claim against their payment bond. This water saving washing machine does not wash clothes. My husband bought ours and I have put infant clothes with spit up on them in to wash only to have the same clothes on top with the vomit still intact. The same has happened with many other stains. It does not even make good engineering sense to have a washing machine which rotates in the conventional way not have much water in it. After 3 years of having a mattress it begain to have sunken sides . One side is 3 in. deep and the other 4 in deep. The pillow top is moved to the one side.I called Levins where I bought it, and they said it is defective. BUT they said it could have no stains, and I tried to clean any little stains, but the water marks from cleaning has remained. What can I do with a defective mattressess that I paid 2000 for? Much like the previous complaint I sent a large sum of money on new cabinets. Tom was very responsive prior to my order. Unlike the previous person there were missing parts (hardware mainly) and incorrect drawer fronts and rollouts. At first Tom did respond and promised to correct the situation, even told me the parts had been ordered (which turns out they weren't). Our issue is we are having water spots on our sealing on the top floor and don't know if the roof is leaking or if the vents weren't sealed to code. Moved into new home constructed by Macintosh Builders of Souderton, PA on 2-15-08. The home suffers from serious water pressure issues. The builder was notified in writing by the township that our lot would have these water pressure issues. The builder however never disclosed this with us, and has ignored the problem since then. The oak tabletop has a defective finish, as it is peppered with a black over-spray from the Chinese production shop. My gas was shut off today. When I called instead of the past amount from last month being 444.17, the automatic thing said I owed $1088.00. I have a $30, 000.00 camper. I should have been informed that the fridge was defected. They put a cover around the defected part so a fire would be contained .
