Within a few months, it started to bubble in certain spots as though it was exposed to water. While there had been spots where water came in contact with the floor; drops, water from the dogs' water bowl, those are not the affected areas. We wipe up anything we see on the floor. Com Ed sent me a letter in the mail stating that they were charging me a second deposit for service. have had this service for over a year, it has never been turned off. I bought a box spring and frame from Sleepy's in Vails Gate, NY and less than 3 months later the thing collapsed under normal use. It is clearly defective with a bulge sticking out the bottom from a weak supporting rail. They sent out their representative who took pictures and they said the manufacturer's report showed no defect and that there was a stain on the box spring anyway so they could not exchange it. We ordered an Monarch Armoire on 1/7/09. It arrived on 1/16/09. When it arrived the top was broken. We have emailed customer service I don't know how many times about it. Finally on March 6, 2009 they said we would get a 10% refund check in 14 business days. Today is April 19, 2009 and we still have not received our refund. My gate was damaged by a Teco employee. I have a 6 foot privacy gate surrounding my home. It has lock on the door of the gate and the only way to gain entry inside my gate is to either cut this lock to open the gate, use the key to remove the lock to open the gate or to just jump the fence entirely. Costco has been great though they are standing behind the warranty that came with the hot tub to pick up the lack of customer service lazy boy and tatum provide. This company charged my elderly mother $932.28 to install a 40 gallon water heater. The owner of this local franchise was rude and could not offer a reasonable explaination why my mother was not given the standard 1 year warranty on labor and agreed to sent it my mom immediately.
