I purchased a computer chair from Everything Office Furniture, which is based in California. I am disabled and unable to assemble the chair send. The company arranged with UPS to pick up the chair but finds it difficult to refund my credit account for the amount of the chair. Several calls have been send to my bank and the business but for some unknown reason, someone think I don't need my reimbursment for a computer chair.
