I have been tryin since November 2008 to use my card. Firstly Barclaycard started sending my mail to Liverpool, France. It took five months to pursuade them that Liverpool was actually in England. They then sent me another card, the two previous were of no use. I managed to use the third one for all of twenty four hours and then it was blocked. Great American Roofs came to my home and promised to repair my roof two months ago. I spoke with their salesman and provided him with all of my information, which included a work order and a contract. On May 1, 2009 I purchased a Conair Mini Hairdryer from your Lake City Walgreens location. I purchased this item for a trip i will be takeing at the end of this month. They were selected by Maytag to do the recall repair on my Jenn Air refrigerator. They missed 3 appointments-always lying that it was either maytag's fault or mine. Complete lack of organization and business ethics. It is unbelieveable to talk to the same woman twice within 2 hours and have her lie and say she never spoke with me. We were suppose to have 2 callbacks from supervisors with 5-10 minutes. Neither ever happened. Paid $1500 for my Select Compfort four years ago - first pump went out within a year. They replaced at no charge. Second pump went out six months ago - $200 to replace. Digital readout went out a couple weeks ago - included with the new pump and not available unless you purchase a new pump (wireless.) Mattress sags in the middle (dual chamber.) Why purchase an expensive mattress that you will have to start purchasing replacing parts within the first five years of the so called 20 year warranty? Do not do business with these people. They are totally unresponsive to even the easiest questions like where is my order and why did it not arrive as stated. After your order does not arrive and you send them an e-mail to find out why, all they do is reiterate the delivery policy and thank you very much. The problem is if the order is already late the reiteration of their policy is of course totally useless. They do not provide tracking and you are left totally blind. Wow. I've never dealt with a "legitimate " company with such an attitude. I bought a Yardworks 20" mower (60-1767-6) from Canadian Tire in the fall of 07. Worked fine for a year. Rowenta also has no MSDS safety sheet and does not know what materials were used to make the compact iron. We purchased an oak 3-unit cabinets, two bookcases and a center TV unit. We were told this was "heritage-type furniture". The TV cabinet has slides that permit the doors to slide into the unit out of site while viewing. The pool needs to be cleaned properly. I pay 225 a month for HOA dues, that is suppose to clean the pool and the hot tub.
