I purchased a Kenmore Elite Trio refrigerator in April 2004. This weekend we were hearing loud thumping noises coming from the refrigerator and earlier that afternoon, the top refrigerator portion of the unit died. We use Adelphia for our web-hosting for our small business and it is a WEEKLY if not DAILY occurence to either not receive email or send out email. Our business operates 99% via email and this is becoming very damaging to our business. When calling for support, they always try to shift the blame elsewhere. My complaint regards a RV dealership in central Ohio. The company is RCD of Hebron Ohio. Just over a year ago we bought an RV which they represented profusely as a 2002 model. Throughout our negotiations on price for our trade-in they continued to lowball our trade and highball our new one. We did buy it and found to our dismay that the VIN # was a 2001. RCD made about $15000 on the deal. I tried to complain to Better Business Bureau and after lengthy back and forth found BBB was siding with RCD. Vehicle documentation shipped from Automobile Dealership in Huntsville, AL to Savannah, Tn on 06 October 2006 - never arrived at my home. Dealership checked with DHL and they say that they delivered the package on 09 October 2006. We were at home the entire day - the package was not delivered. We checked with all the neighbors - no one had the package or saw DHL in the neighborhood. Fellow consumers, do not use DHL!!!!! I have been a Diamond member with Hilton Honors for numerous years. I do have one of the few remaining mutual funds accounts that enable myself and my domestic partner to both to be on the same account. The box claims you can install this unit into your electric socket either horizontally or vertically. You CANNOT install this horizontally. I have a severe ppd allergy, i emailed the company about its products as it says there are ppd free and use no chemicals, only natural plants and herbs in their hair colours. I purchased a 1999 Ford Tauras LX from the above car dealership. That stated on their website Eurolease.info that they service their cars. I was supposed to have been connected on EarthLink's True Voice phone service on October 10. The equipment they sent did not work. They agreed to send me new equipment in 5 to 7 days. Keep in mind, EarthLink had already switched my phone service so that would have left me without service for the 5 to 7 days. We bought our stacking Frigidaire (top load) washer/dryer about seven years ago. We had an old Frigidaire pair that we gave away when we bought this troublemaker. The old washer filtered the water so the lint did not get into the pump and stop it up. This new unit has no such feature and occasionally "surprises" us with about 20 gallons of water on the floor. This is the second DVD/VCR of same model within 1-1/2 months. The VCR keeps eating my tapes. It will eject the cartridge, but the tape is stuck inside the unit. It does not happen every time nor does it happen on the same tape.
