On 10-30-06 I rented a 26 ft truck from U Haul in Springfield Ill to drive to Urbandlae Iowa. On The u haul in Spfld said I should return the truck to the closest store or to ANY U-Haul dealer so thats what I did. On arriving there , there was 4 other men trying to return trucks get hitches put on their cars etc. There was only one young man there who didn't seem to know what to do. I was trying to recharge mobile through online banking-hdfc with an amount '222' for top -up in Airtel number - 9818481134. And Recharge was unsuccessful with the Transaction ID: 1127200618441386656. I had queries to a customer care person ('Ranjit') for clarification. But he told, he could not able to do anything. And query will be logged for 7 days to get money back or to make recharge successful. Got response in rude ways. I had never thought, customer care person are responding in this way. I have been charged Rs. 653 for using airtel live, which i have never used. Even it got automatically activated on my connection, i have never applied for that. When I asked customer care, at that time they said, "need not to worry, even though it is activated on your number, but it will be charged only when you download something". I used my visa card to purchase a recent moose hunting trip at Fairmont's canadian location, Kenauk. I have been hunting Kenauk for 12yrs. I hunt with a group that includes my father, cousin and friends usually at least 8 people. The trip costs me $3000.00 for a 6 day hunt. I was paid in full a month before arriving for the hunt. On the fifth day of the hunt I shot a bull moose. My 75 yr old father who was hunting with me fired his gun at the same bull but mistakenly shot a cow moose standing nearby. Two years ago, I purchased a brand-new Maxtor DiamondMax 160-gigabyte hard disk drive. Today, the hard drive has failed. Maxtor is under no obligation to do anything about it, since the product had only a one-year warranty. This is the classic case of a product breaking down as soon as the warranty expires. The problem is particularly annoying, since the failed product is a hard drive, which has my important data on it, which I can no longer access. On November, 4, 2006, I purchased 14 tubes of Mapi Keracaulk from Fontile. The quantity was determined by my contractor, who grossly over-estimated the amount needed. The Fontile employee who sold me the caulk said I could return any unused stock for a refund. Fontile refuses to issue a refund on the 9 unused tubes of caulk. They claim that in order to honor the guarantee on the caulk they cannot take returns of unused stock.. The caulk has been stored at room temperature, so it is certainly fit for resale. I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with this company....When you have a receipt and a legitimate complaint they find reason to put the blame on you. Well I'm ready to take action...word of mouth is all it takes! I would not recommend anyone to buy ANYTHING ELECTRICAL from this place. Their warranty policy covers their own profit....and you loose. Atlanta Fixtures advertised a Bakers Pride Pizza Oven on eBay for just over $9000. I used the buy it now option, contacted the dealer to confirm the details of the order and gave my credit card information. The card was charged and they called by phone to arrange delivery details. Then they sent an email stating the price was actually $4000 more and wanted to know if I still wanted the item. Gordon Moving company in Lake Forest California moved my goods from my residence into their storage facilities and then transported them from California to Indiana. I paid for the move in its entirety including insurance for lost or damaged goods. The company lost several boxes of personal items worth in excess of $2000 and has denied the claim. 7 tux's were fitted for me and my groomsmen, when we got to the location wedding the day of, we had at least a dozen fitting issues. Me the groom, was fitted and all the right sizes were written down and sent to the location. When I tried it on it wasn't even in the ballpark. They weren't even close on the sizing. The motor on my expensive Casablanca Fan is only 2 yrs old. The circuit board is blown and I have to wait 60 days to get a new one, because everyone says they are back ordered from the factory. I think that means there are alot of blown circuit boards out there. The cost of the circuit board is running from $69. - $85., I did find one guy that wanted $125., I asked him why so much. I responded to an ad in the paper to be a mystery shopper with a 14 day trail period. I received two letters in the mail one dated 6/18/06 and the other dated 6/20/06. Both letters had different usernames and passwords. On 6/27/06 I called and cancelled the service which was 19.95. However, the company continued to unjustly tap into my credit card account ($260.00) and I didn't use the service at all. Never ever think of buying a Kent RO System. The company has a totally non existent after sales service support. I bought two, YES TWO, Kent RO Systems in May 2005 on the promise of two years, i.e. till May 2007, hassle free maintenance free with all parts covered. They also promised that every three months the systems will be checked but as is with all no one turned up. This is a complaint against the Pet Supplies Plus store in Findlay, Ohio, as well as their corporate division's customer service department. The issue starts out in August of 2005 where we checked in to a cabin that smelled like an ashtray. It looked like a smoke haze when we walked into the room. As noted in my original complaint the room was terrible and due to a boat breakdown and the condition of the cabin we could not stay anymore than a couple of days. Needless to say we got raked thru the coals and got stuck with a bill for 7 nights even tough we could barely stand to stay three. I bought some non-drip dulux gloss paint a few months ago. When I opened the tin it was clearly liquid gloss. I couldn't find the receipt to return it, so used it but it all dripped and ran. Terrrible and I had to buy more paint and redo the whole job plus the sanding etc to dry and get rid of the drips and waves.
