I had fallen behind on a couple payments for my home depot credit card. Once i was back on my feet i called home depot to make payment arrangements with them they accepted my payments and agreed on other future payment arrangements. I bought an aspire 9500 from circuit city for $840 with tax in march of this year. I has worked fine for what I paid for it. Until recently that is. I am now getting a line down the middle of the screen. When I called acer they said to send it in and it take 10 days for the repair. No loaners no nothing. I spend at least 2 -3 hours once a week "talking" with my mother thru the IM's. And for several weeks now every 5 minutes a pop-up comes, FROM AOL, about spy ware. When this happens the cursor stops in the message filed. If i don't notice it, only a partial message gets sent. I bought ViewSonic LCD monitor at Fry's on 10/14/2006 and mailed the rebate form with all other required document to ViewSonic Rebate in White Bear Lake, MN on 10/16/2006. Checked their web site for rebate status and it always says rebate not found. Called them a few times and they always said it was not the system. It's been 8 weeks and it is still in the system as they claimed it should be. I took a day off of work to get a delivery of a refrigerator on the evening of Thursday November 30th. I was sent a deficient product. I noticed on Saturday that my food had all spoiled and dripped that previous evening all over my carpet and kitchen floor. I lost about 2 hundred dollars worth of groceries. On 10/18/06 my internet speed suddenly dropped by 75% (like someone flipped a switch). The speed hasn't come returned as of 12/2/06. I'm on the 8mbps/768kbps tier. I time complaint about the Airtel's Network Coverage in the Kharadi MIDC, IT Park, but yet no action has been taken. There are many IT companies in this area such as Zensar, Synechron but the network quality is worst in this area. Only 1 or 2 bars are shown in the mobile and sometimes there are no bars shown. The back plastic cover of the LCD around the hinges started cracking a couple of months after I purchased the machine. It is getting worse by the day. I have extended my warranty a year ago for 2yrs from that date. Now my system is troubling me and i have placed the complaint so many times. They always say that your account hasn't been updated. You have to re-fax the document. I have faxed them so many times that document since I have confirmation slip of those faxes. The worst nightmare I has had, was , when i called up AIRTEL customer care in chennai. They are unable to resolve my issue, or have some courtesy towards the customer (ME).
