Sears / Kenmore Elite H3 Washer
I have a Sears Kenmore Elite H3 Washer that has a moldy smell. The rubber gasket smells and I have wiped out mold from underneath the gasket. I have called Sears and Kenmore without any help. Just transferred to many different depts. I have written the Sears Corporation and have not heard back (it's been 3-4 weeks). I would like to file a formal complaint about billing practices against American Telephone and Telegraph. Logitech Rebate
A year ago I purchased a Logitech keyboard that CompUSA advertised for $5 after mail in rebate.
I followed all the directions and completely filled out the rebate form with mailing address (which is a PO Box because I live in a small town that will not deliver mail to my house) and street address. I have not had problems with other companies rebates for larger sums of money doing this.

Friedman's Inc.
I had been making payments on a ring and decided to pay it off ahead of time - I called and made the $2,061.13 payment on 9-15 I used my debit card. 2 Days later I noticed it had not been taking out of my bank acct. I called Friedman's back and was told my card was denied. Maytag Range
We purchased a beautiful stainless steel, glass top, hidden element Maytag range in mid-2005. After we performed the self clean mode, the oven did not heat up any more. We had almost every part on the range replaced, more than once. Maytag kept insisting that the service company try one more thing, one more thing. AOL / Chase Visa
I have had this account since 1997. I have always paid my bill on time and in JUN/JUL paid in full a statement for $8,000.00. Prior to Chase taking over AOL/Visa there has never been a problem. Last month I needed $20.00. It was a Saturday and my bank was closed. I called the Customer Service 800 number to make sure that with my pin I could use it at a Chase ATM without charges. I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe new in 2001. I also bought a years worth of oil changes. There was, and still is, an intermittent problem involving the lights. The lights go off by themselves while driving. This problem was reported four times when the vehicle was brought in for service, however I never noticed that although I told the service manager he neglected to put it in the computer and being that this was an intermittent problem it could not be found.

Clarks - Women's shoe "Jaen"
Last week I bought myself a pair of CLARKS "Jaen" black leather shoes. They form part of CLARKS' new autumn collection. As the shoe is closed above I expected it to be water-resistant. But this is not the case. Rainwater enters where the sole meets the leather.

My wife and I recently used Shleppers to assist us in a move from Brooklyn to Jersey this past month. I purchased a RCA Scenium, model: hd 50lpw175 on 12/03/05.
On September 22nd, 2006 (9 months later) the screen went blank.
I called for service from Best Buy since I purchased warranty from them for 4 years of in-home service.
Best buy suggested I call RCA instead since it’s under a year it’s still under the manufacturer’s warranty.

I purchased two asus motherboards one of them was without display.
I contacted the dealer and in turn rashi peripherals in delhi. They took two days and gave me another repaired board.
Whu and why should i accept a old item if i pay full for new.
Can somebody guide me how to take up this issue with the officials. Tthis is disgusting. Or the nehru place dealers should show us working product before selling.

Easy Car Credit
I brought a car from Easy Car Credit - East Mayne Basildon Essex back in feb 06. It was a vauxhall vectra and have had major problems from the start it was not running very well so i took it to a garage i knew and got it checked over. Tampered Water Supply
3-story house that has water supply but their water meter is not working the way it should be. They attached something to their water meter so the reading will become fixed. They can easily "pull the supply line from their water meter" every time they use water. They are very vocal to say that they have connections inside your office that's why "they're not paying what they have to pay." imagine a japayuki owner of the house stealing water from her neighbors?!

Received a new lawnmower from Sears - Edmonton as a gift - never worked properly - went to take it for repairs - oops Sears could not find it even though it was charged to the account - bill was shown - after a month of complaining - oops Sears made a human error - they apparently are humans - so off they took it - oh yeah I got no tag. After multiple attempts to disconnect Bulseye claims that if they don't have a disconnect work order number they will not discontinue my service with them. Despite me being the customer and telling them to discontinue service they refuse. My new VOIP provider has called them and still they refuse. On June 19 2006 we had a sales rep from Wave Tech comr to our house for a pool estimate. In June 2006, my Internet broadband service from Comcast in the Trenton, NJ, area was off and on for three weeks. Technicians at the national 800 number set up a service call from the local office, but this call resulted in only a temporary fix. Less than an hour after the technician left (all he did was diddle with wires at the pole), service was off again.

Muller Chevy Dealership
My wife recently purchased a used truck from the Muller Chevy Dealership that has made us very unhappy due to problems that we have encountered since we took the truck home. Complaints are as follows:
- the brakes of the truck screeches on and off which is very anoying.

I bought 2 x160c color fishfinders for my local boat shop . I have used them 5 times and every time I use them the screen goes blank . You have to switch it off and on again than they work for 20min and same problem accours . Hi, I wanted to tell my story about "unlimited" long distance with ATT.
I am a medical transcriptionist working from home. I dial into a hospital in South Boston to transcribe their medical reports.

2001 - a group of us booked into Elysium and when we arrived there they placed us in a different hotel (one without a pool but they ley us cross the road and use their pool).

Hampton Bay Track Lighting
The lights on the track have ring that fits over the light. When the lights get hot the ring falls off. The "hot ring" falls off the light. Pioneer Receiver
I shipped a Pioneer Receiver in May 2006 to London by DHL, it arrived damaged, DHL report states “Due to rough handling the equipment got crushed” Because the equipment was insured for transit I submitted a claim on the 12th May 2006. Despite supplying detail information about the equipment, (out of the box failure etc), six months later DHL have not acknowledged my claim, nor have they made any indication towards a settlement.

I had a flight to CA state to buy a car from another nissan dealer.
