Dear Board, I purchased a Reliance Data Cable in the month of September. The hardware cost for the Data Card was Rs. 3000/. The scheme promised, was Rs. 450 monthly rental with first two months rental free. From the first day of activation itself there was connection problem. My biggest mistake was sending them a check instead of using a credit card. At least with a credit card you can dispute the charges. My mother bought a van and my girlfriend acted as cosigner. But immediately, Wells Fargo switched the buyer and cosigner. So now, my girlfriend has a $30,000 van on her credit and is unable to even get a new credit card. We faxed the original contract to Wells Fargo 3times (once from within the bank) and they claim that they can't change the buyer/cosigner status because the underwriters are the one's who changed it. This apartment complex scams when upon move in... they advise you just have to pay the non-refundable deposit... but when you move out... you are slammed with hundreds of charges. They make you pay for painting... every month you are living there, you are charged $13.89... which is never told upon move-in. I have bought the Sears Kenmore HE3 Elite Electric Dryer 5 years ago. Door handle keeps breaking off and I keep replacing it. Sometime it breaks within days. It is a faulty design. Nokia 5300. Bought Aug 2007. Dec 2007 - screen has somehow broken from within. There are no visible cracks in the glass, however there is a sort of dark electronic EKG-like smearing against a white background, that is unchanged in shape and size. The display has the look of modern art. No icons or photos are visible which makes the whole thing pretty useless. Phone was in pocket; good one minute and not so fine the next.
