I bought a 2003 es 300 with 23000 miles from jm lexus in margate, fl. The first day I had the car, there was a loud knocking noise under the steering wheel. I called and told he sales rep, chris and michael about it. I suggested that we cancel the deal because of other issues. They took the car and fixed it but upon receiving the car, 2 days after, the noise came back. I took it again and one service writer said it was parked too long and another said there was a recall on the shaft system for the 2003 models. I went back and the director told me he cannot take back the car and nothing can be done about repairs. read full review »

Unauthorized charge of $3.87 on 12/23/07 for something I did not sign up for nor did I purchase. I have several charges during the same time frame and various companies totaling close to $200.00. I owned a vacant home in Federal Way WA and wished to have one time fertilizing and insect spray before putting house on the market. He assured me that this was fine. I live in California and asked to be billed there providing a billing address.
Upon a subsequent trip to the house, I discovered wet bills for additional work on the front porch (not in an envelope) just thrown on the porch. I rented a car in Costa Rica for 11 days from Dec 25, 2007 to Jan 05, 2008. When I returned the car to the San Jose airport location, the Dollar representative coerced me into paying $20 for cleaning of the car (which was only a little dusty), and tried to overcharge me by $200. His behavior was appalling. Since I was so angered by his attempts at cheating me, he ended up overcharging me by only $80, which I have submitted to Dollar for a refund. This is a horrible way to treat Dollar's customers, and leaves a very bad feeling upon leaving Costa Rica after a vacation. read full review »

agreed to accept free sample then recieved invoice for $19.94 , no real person on 877-, only payment options. main ingredient is camphor. This isn't any thing new or different from most products we already have for topical pain relief. However sending an invoice as if one ordered it is a scam! There's no way to find where this company actually has a business office. Oher complian before me, Donald L, put his own phone number on there by mistake. I am a business owner and when using my banking debit card the night before a huge presentation where I would need to pay several vendors, including catering, I was told my card was denied. When calling the bank's after hours line, I was asked for my member number (the branch never gave me this number.) If you have been ripped off by this company: Call your credit card company at once and dispute the charge, You have 60 days from the date the charge was on the card. E-mail the attorney General, the national BBB, the Florida BBB, the consumer Protection Company and the Canada Mounted Police. That is what I did. NUMEROUS calls, emailed pictures, and general RUN AROUND have followed during 4 weeks of EXCUSES from Rainbow Appliances "Customer Service" Dept. I purchased a vanilla scented YANKEE CANDLE GEL AIR FRESHENER for my 2007 Toyota Tundra. I hung it on one of the knobs on my dash and when I went out to my truck after it had been there several days, I noticed a messy substance on my dash behind the freshener. I got a rag with warm water to wash it off and the plastic finish came right off and the plastic dash is actually pitted from the gel, like it had melted a little bit. I had applied for a term policy after reading that MetLife offered the cheapest term polic, and with an understanding that term policies do not have any fineprint. A month after the medicals were done, I had not heard from the insurance company. I called them up and wrote a complaint to the service mail id. Got a response that the policy has been issued wef the date of the complaint!

I opened the account and had it in good standing but missed a payment and a nsf went into their system in Nov'07. They reported me to scan and now I cannot write any checks to anyone because of it. I called several times and of course no one can speak but broken English. They said on about 4 calls that if I make a payment that passes, they will clear it up with scan.

I have used many Auto Transport companies in my day, but have found TAS (Texas Auto Shippers) to be the absolute worst in customer relations. A fellow that did the intake for me named Will was an OK guy. The broker service selected a friendly and courteous driver named Ken. Personally I feel this is a very money hungry organization. It is all about the parents paying in. I have paid in to much over the years to have only been given back nothing but a sham. The house league was poorly run. Between refs not showing up for games ( thanks to the parents who jumped in to ref), team photos being lost, not enough uniforms. The Rep is not much better. A total scam. Sent Money order for $159.00. never received cards, products, or anything promised. Told I would get a refund, but I never did and now they seem to have disappeared. I was told by the locksmith that instead if the $140.00 he quoted ne first, it would cost me $326.00 because he had to break the locks to get in. He replaced the locks, I gave him my debit card, he charged me $326.00 TWO times. I reported the duplicate charges to my bank and they said that the charges are pending and I should call back tomorrow so they could contest the duplicate charge for me.
