My daughter was taken to the Emergency room back in 2004 because she slipped and landed on her back-spine on the pool tile. Asurion sent me a replacement phone that had 5 separate defects, it is my firm opinion that asurion is shoveling garbage out of their warehouse, it is my opinion that asurion knows that a certain % of the replacement phones that it ships are defective. It is also my opinion that asurion management knows that a certain % of these substandard phones will not be returned, these defective phones are generating revenue, again my opinion. This is the worst company for customer service. We called in a no heat call, they sent a tech out who stated that we were out of oil. We called they company and was not due for another oil delivery for over a month, we also asked the tech if the oil tank was leaking, he assured us it was not. We have had four fan motors replaced in our Freestar and it still whistles and makes a load noise that you can't even use the radio. The Freestar only has 15000 miles on it. I purchased an HP Laptop from Costco on 5/16/2007. Unfortunately, on 1/16/08 the computer crashed and would not reboot at all. I called Costco Concierge services and they connected me to HP who then sent me a recovery disk which was to no avail.
