We bought a 56 inch Vivetek TV from Shop NBC. We paid $2500.00 for it. After 6 months, the lamp went out. We replaced it at a very high cost. I ordered a meal for delivery and was told it would be about 35 minutes before it could be delivered, we waited for over an hour. After waiting for an hour the meal that arrived was totally inedible. Following a one time order we placed with this supplier, a second unauthorized order was created and billed to our credit card without our knowledge. Supplier was unresponsive to emails and phone calls to obtain information about why subsequent order was created without our authorization. In credit card charge back dispute, supplier provided our bank with a fabricated invoice. Bank accepted fake documentation and left us with a $360 charge for product we never received.
