WE purchased tee shirts from master image paying a set up fee and a per tee shirt price. Well after getting the tee shirts the first time we washed them the color washed out of the logos on the shirts. I bought a camcorder listed above in December and ever since I have been trying to get Panasonic to advise me why I can not get the DVD Ram Software to download to my computer. I have checked the disk that was included with the camera and the driver is not on the software.
