We bought a 56 inch Vivetek TV from Shop NBC. We paid $2500.00 for it. After 6 months, the lamp went out. We replaced it at a very high cost. After 1 year, the TV died, and we have not been able to get parts, and cannot get hold of anyone to speak to about this travesty. I ordered a meal for delivery and was told it would be about 35 minutes before it could be delivered, we waited for over an hour. After waiting for an hour the meal that arrived was totally inedible. The crispy noodles we ordered were more than crispy, they were so hard and all in one big lump that you couldn't pull them apart. Following a one time order we placed with this supplier, a second unauthorized order was created and billed to our credit card without our knowledge. Supplier was unresponsive to emails and phone calls to obtain information about why subsequent order was created without our authorization. In credit card charge back dispute, supplier provided our bank with a fabricated invoice. Bank accepted fake documentation and left us with a $360 charge for product we never received. I purchased Frontline Plus from Vetshoponline and was shocked to see that the product was Australian since they do not disclose that information on their site. I used it on my two dogs and the became infested with fleas for the first time in over 10 yrs. I've previously used Frontline and it has worked in the past. Arrived with two friends to visit a local bar named Crocidile Rock in Mississauga. The doorman demanded I remove my hat as it is unacceptable attire. Just bought a Nordictrack Audiostrider. Got it home and assembled only to discover that it runs on batteries (4 D cell) or you have to purchase the power cord seperately. Their customer service tells me it is an accessory. This is a $1000.00 machine. The ads tell you about its work out programs, the fan on the console, Iift card, how resistance adjusts automatically while you are working out and its speakers that your MP3 player can hook up to, all things that require power. No where does it tell you that it runs on batteries or that the power supply is an accessory. A power supply isn't an accessory it is a necessity. read full review »

They said I had to call REWARDMEMOREWEB customer service at 888-546-2285. I called that number and after the phone rang 20+ times, the system finally answered and put me in a queue.
