I bought Roxio 9 Suite. The product would not install. Since I do hardware / software support for a living I checked all possible issues that might cause the problem outside of the CDs just being damaged. Nothing worked so I put in a ticket with Roxio support. They sent me back a procedure which sometimes works to install old (Pre 98) products but I tried the instruction twice anyway. I found a 149.99 charge on credit card. First of all how did they get my Credit Card Number? When you call they tell you to get your membership number off of your membership packet. I never received a packet! Secondly they told me I cashed a 9.95 dollar check which authorized the membership, which was a lie. They are a scam and if you are not watching your credit card statements they are going to burn you. They did deactivate the membership and will refund my C.C. I purchased a sears front load HE5 dryer. They have a metal plate on back that looks like it is rusting. I have had this dryer less than a month. I found two friends that have dryers made by Whirlpool which is actually Kenmore. They have the same problem. The service technician said the plate is not rusting but the temperature is so hot its burning the plate. They use to coat the metal plate in white or black but they stopped doing it. He said there is no way to order the part with the white or black coating. The technician said he is not aware of any coloring coming off on the clothes. read full review »

When arriving to the restaurant, the workers are busy, but then, in between customer orders, they are often seen exhibiting immature horseplay in the kitchen. Mainly though, when we received our "Papa" burgers, they had put way too much sauce on them (by the top bun), and the bottom bun of the burger was completely soggy from the two burger patties. They were very messy to eat and the fries weren't very fresh either. Requested asset information for three people and never received the product after payment was made. This company says that their searches are legal and go through the clearing house in Washington, DC. However, when I asked for a refund Fred asid that there is no refund and hung up. They refuse to let me return the shipment, they refuse phone calls or by email and their customer support site is "under construction." When I applied for a cash advance after typing in all my information, a pop up screen came up with three different products for selection. You had to check either yes or no. I purchased a single MaxLite bulb for $1.00. When I got home and installed it, it did not light up. So I called the Company to let them know of the defect. The presentative said "no problem". But here's the rub. I received a letter requesting a cash register receipt or a UPC symbol from the package. No problem. But then they requested a $4.00 check or money order per CFL. Why would anyone pay $4.00 for a replacement bulb, when you can purchase a replacement for $1.00 plus tax? So much for a company standing behind it's product. Sometime during the night, an icon showed up on my computer tray. It is an alternating blue shield and red shield w/x. This is usually when some threat is detected by my antivirus program. If I could give half a star I would and I haven't even taken the flight yet. I booked a return flight to Auckland from Sydney for my wife and myself, a family reunion. Due to some mis-communication I had to change the dates of departure and return. I expected a change fee but was gobsmacked to be hit with a bill for $400. My Opel Corsa Classic, 2004, 1.8 overheated on Monday 21 January 2008. It was towed to Oosmey Motors in Rustenburg where it has been standing for a week now. I took out a policy for short term illness maybe a couple of years ago. Sometime later I developed some kind of a skin irritation around my ankle and it was hard for me to walk. So I went to the doctor and he told me to stay off of it for two weeks. I'm thinking it won't be so bad, I've got insurance. Come to find out,after I filed a claim it wasn't what I expected. I purchased the DVD player because of the rebate offer. Most companies allow 60 to 90 days to submit a rebate, not 15days! To allow such a short amount of time to comply during the holidays is deceptive advertising and unfair. I would not have purchased the DVD player had I known about this deadline. This company charged my credit card $187 for my orders on January 5th. I paid extra money to have my order send by 2nd day air. It is now January 28th, and I have not received my orders. I have called, emailed, and "chatted" with their customer service person (who says my orders have been mailed). Otherwise, this company will not call or email me in response to my many attempts to communicate with them. I think that their DVD World doesn't exist except online.
