We had the same problem as sooo many others, but we had good luck with getting the bad HV board replaced free of charge even though our frig. was 4 mos. out of warranty. It seems to help if you mention this website when you call and tell them you know the scope of this problem. All in all, we were pleased with the service we received. We had a new board at our house within three days and installed the next. I bought the StayWell Infra-Red Pet Door in May 2006 but just installed it and began trying to use it in the fall of 2007. I have 2 dogs, both Labs, and when they try to use the door a variety of things happen: 1) The door doesn't unlock and they ram their noses into it. Both my husband & I were struggling through serious health issues & surgeries when these charges hit the MasterCard. As soon as I noticed it, there were already 3 months of charges. I tried to trace it, then called Sears who had issued the card. They removed one month's charge and changed my credit account number. I went to 2 Chrysler dealerships looking for a mini-van. I went to 2 dealerships in my area that are about 5 miles from each other. Both places treat customers like they don't matter. I purchased a new 2007 Softail Standard last year. Since than I have been using the motorcycle without major issues. I noticed an unfamiliar (pending) charge of $28.89 on my bank account on 1/17/08 from this company 555 Diet Challenge. I could not find the number anywhere. After looking this company up on the internet I noticed that others had filed claims about the same false charges. After contacting my bank I was told to call back as soon as the charge was posted to my account. This is extremely upsetting and very inconvenient! ASC can't seem to finish anything..I have been verbally approved for a modification to my loan and no one can finish this and you can't seem to escalate because they just pass you from department to department duplicating steps... they claim to have access to the same info, but it's clear they do not.
