Can you imagine building a home and having the modular home company push back on almost every issue that came up with a brand new $500,000 home. Believe it. Deluxe homes did not stand behind it's home. In fact, any concern that I had, I was told to work through my local distributor, Daniel Falls. When I did that they said they was responsible and left me hanging. In some cases they couldn't even tell me what certain products sent with the house were for, how the fireplace, jacuzzi and window cranks worked. In fact, the distributor told me more than once to go f*ck myself (after spending all the $).

No customer service or interest in knowing if you were even please with their product. Beware...
