I bought windows from this Menards store. I gave them the exact window size opening. When I went to have the contractor install the windows, the contractor said that because of the rough opening that the customer service rep put in the windows were made smaller than the size that I ordered and now they don't fit. I took the windows back to the Menards store and the Manager Edward refused to allow me to reorder windows, not to mention his rudeness. I was told that I could file a claim for various reasons. I've tried to reach someone without return calls. I've had two heart caths and have now had rotator cuff surgery and been in therapy for 6 weeks. I had to visit Mexico for two days so i decided to book a room at this hotel. Biggest mistake ever. There comes a point where a hotel company either sells a hotel or renovates them. Days Inn sold this hotel which is in dire need of major renovations. Everything is old, barely working. A/C took a few hours to turn on to get cooling, after being turned off by management. The floors were icky, thick carpet, the door barely shut. Just stay away. At least management was nice when i had to book in and out. The breakfast was small and useless. In January of 2007, I had an Ansul system installed in the kitchen of my bar/restaurant by Northland Fire. My old dry chemical system was outdated and I was told it might not put out a fire. I ordered Norton Anti-Virus over the internet a year ago. My subscription was not up until january 24th 2008. On january 11th my subscription was renewed with out my knowledge. I was never asked if i wanted my subscription automatically renewed. I never received any notification before the 55.oo dollars was deducted from my bank account. Because of Nortons mistake i bounced checks. Also when i called norton i was put on hold for over two hours and then told it could take up to three days to get the money back in to my account. Anyone considering purchasing Best Buy's "extended repair" plans on an appliance - BEWARE! You will likely be without the use of your appliance 2-3 weeks. this has been my experience twice. Over charged on collect calls from correctional center. Continue to send you bills, even when you make payments. Made it impossible to make since of billing procedure.
