I needed to get verification for my education in Colombia. In order to get the documents they required I had to travel to Colombia. The Ministry of Education in Colombia simply does not do business by mail of FAX. All original documents were delivered to WES. I am having an Airtel Landline connection. Recentlywhen I went thru the details of calls made I found there were many calls charged for a duration of even 6-7 seconds. Normally it takes over 15-20 seconds for a call to mature for billing since only a matured call can be billed.
