PalmTran is a software for Palm pilots which works as a language translator. My wife used this for her classes and the program worked quite well..until unexpectedly after over a year of usage, the software stopped working and required a new "license number". Repeated attempts to call have failed.....on hold for over an hour and then get disconnected. No way to connect to the website. I have my confirmation number if you need it. My mother bought a van and my girlfriend acted as cosigner. But immediately, Wells Fargo switched the buyer and cosigner. So now, my girlfriend has a $30,000 van on her credit and is unable to even get a new credit card. We faxed the original contract to Wells Fargo 3times (once from within the bank) and they claim that they can't change the buyer/cosigner status because the underwriters are the one's who changed it. FIA card services added what they called a credit protection plan to my closed account that took a 3k bal to 7 k since 2002 with no purchases. This company is a scam! They do not even have a credit protection department, I have called over 20 times trying to get this problem solved any when they try to transfer me to that dept. the phone goes dead. Beware of the bridal gown wholesaler "Divina Sposa Americas." I ordered this product for Christmas: Get Smart Complete Series. I was quite disappointed when it finally came. Several episodes are corrupted (start but don't play to the end). One entire DVD ended up being episodes of "Spencer for Hire!" "TVLand" appears in the bottom right corner of all the episodes, indicating to me that this has been taped off cable. They have never responded to my requests for clarification on these matters. I am happy to have the majority of the episodes but not at the expense of the creators of the show. Marketing Advantage consists of about 5 little companies with about 2 employees. They contact you and sell you the opportunity to go to a Wyndham time shares sales preview. You get nothing but referred to Wyndham who may hold you for up to 5 hours or even more on a hard sell presentation. This is a complaint against the General Electric Company for refusing to honor their stated warranty on a dishwasher installed in September 2007. Briefly, the new General Electric dishwasher we purchased has a stainless steel tub. Shortly (i.e. 2 weeks) after installation a number of small, pinhead-sized pits in the surface of the stainless tub were noticed due to rust rings forming around them. I purchased these CDs in hopes that I could learn some new -languages. When I opened the CD and started listening to it I realized what a grave mistake I had made. I could get these kind of CDs from a book store for less than $20 or even get them from the library for free. I felt HORRIBLE! DO NOT get these CDs they are a scam. I was sold a 2005 Sebring, my registration and ins papers show the VIN # means a 2004. On top of this, because of Katrina (a month after I bought the car) my wife was out of work for 2 yeras, which put us way behind with everything. I have been trying to work something out with Nuvell, such as a lowering of interest rate or extension of loan, anything that will make the payments doable now that she's full time again. I made the mistake of purchasing a Samsung Inverter Air Coditioner Model SH12BWHA in August. It worked briefly. When we contacted the service agent he diagnosed the problem as lying with the inverter. Replacement parts were ordered and after 4 weeks the wrong part was sent from Sydney. Three weeks later the right part arrived and was installed by the service agent. The air con worked for three whole days!! and then broke down again. I rented from County Car Rental in August 2007. I returned the car to County, they inspected the car and said there was no damage. They inspected the Car so carefully, I got worried and asked them to put in writing there was not damage. They put it in writing. When I got home form my trip I got a note from County saying they found a scuff mark and charged my credit card $482. I bought a pretty baby doll in 2004/05. She sits in a high chair and is never played with or handle very much. Her dress is falling apart. Its like the material is rotten, its a thin material. I belonged to the Lady of America in Deerfield Beach, Fl. My contract with them was for three years with very little room for backing out. I had to visit Mexico for two days so i decided to book a room at this hotel. Biggest mistake ever. There comes a point where a hotel company either sells a hotel or renovates them. Days Inn sold this hotel which is in dire need of major renovations. Everything is old, barely working. A/C took a few hours to turn on to get cooling, after being turned off by management. The floors were icky, thick carpet, the door barely shut. Just stay away. At least management was nice when i had to book in and out. The breakfast was small and useless. In January of 2007, I had an Ansul system installed in the kitchen of my bar/restaurant by Northland Fire. My old dry chemical system was outdated and I was told it might not put out a fire. The clock has never kept time properly. In June 2007 I suffered a randomly generated BIOS password that caused the system to be unbootable.
