This attorney represented me in a bankruptcy case. He failed to show up for hearings and failed to file required documents. He caused me to go into foreclosure for a second time and I incurred so many fees. He agreed to reimburse me for the fees and he has not. He again failed to show up to a hearing causing a third foreclosure, which he then agreed to pay the legal fees for an attorney he recommended me to retain. He has paid part of the legal fees for this attorney (which one of those checks he sent to me was returned unpaid) but has never paid any of the additional fees I incurred. I have made several attempts to contact him but he does not respond. I have his in writing but it does me no good because the debt he has me in I am not able to incur any more legal fees.
