The direcotr of nursing name Lynn was very rude to my mother- in-law. She was referred to Care One Livingston because of her doctor's recommendation. However, when she was admitted, they neglected to provide her food or medication. When we request my mother-in-law to be seen by a psychiatrist, the DON sent a very junor doctor to see her. I was solicited by a car dealer company to come and buy a new car with an incentive of $150 free gas gift card for appearing. I went and was given the rebate form on how to collect my free gift card. I purchased a Swivel Chair which turned out to have a defective Base. I contacted Jennifer customer services on approximately February 11 or 12th, 2009 to have them send one of their technicians to repair it. One came approximately one week later and explained the base was stripped and could not be repaired and had to be replaced. This company has also had there membership revoked with the St. Louis BBB for failure to resolve this issue. I contracted with American Moving on 12/18/08 with a $295 deposit to pick up my car on 12/30 from Morris Plains, NJ to Cedar Creek, TX. They did not show up or call. It is now 1/12/09 and the car is still sitting in NJ. When I do get someone on the line the excuse for not picking up is that they can't contact the driver or that all of the drivers have quit carrying cars due to the economy and non payment for deliveries with auto companies. I received another call today, 2/24/09. I did not answer. No voice mails are left. If you call the number, an automated answering services repeats continually. When I was visiting a friend who lived at the Pavilions Apartments off Hunter Ave my car was towed. We searched the parking for signs to find out who to call to get my car back, but all the towing signs had a phone # that had been disconnected. Their auctions are a complete farce! They blatantly lie. 90% of the auctioned properties are not sold. There is a secret 'reserve price', so the opening bid they advertise does not matter at all. The seller has the auctioneer bid on the sellers own property. The auctioneer is on it too. So if you are bidding, you are bidding against the seller. It's a no win situation. I am looking for advice on how to follow up on a builder that has not met his obligations. Graham Block from Build Solutions under took to do R300 000 alterations to my home in January 2007. CCHS on the Eastern Shore of Maryland is one of most horrible healthcare clinics in the area. Their doctors never stay and are constantly changing, when I asked the doctor they said that the management does not solve the issues and it is better to leave than get frustrated, they do not care about the patients, the nurses are no help when you call to ask them about medicines or problems.
