I finally answered today and the woman said I had responded to an offer on the internet and they wanted me to purchase a sample of a weight loss product. I have not responded to this kind of ad on the internet. Ordered rind 5 weeks ago was suppose to be shipped in 10-14 days . Still no ring, ad said won't charge credit card until shipped but it has been on ny card for 4 weeks. Called several times and always told it will be shipped today or tomorrow at latest. Tried to email several times, the first coupe times they answered and told me they were sorry but were just behind give them a couple more days. Still no ring and now they won't answer my emails. Paid for 1 free trial to use their service, but what they don't specify on the website is that there is an addition 58 dollar fee monthly. I talked to someone at their customer service rep and requested a refund and they refused because it said that there was a 7-day trial period indicated in the offer. Didn't receive a call. However, I too was hit with a charge of $58+. Called and canceled. If you have not called the number to cancel, expect the fees to be deducted from your account again in the future (monthly). Like others have said - they are the worst company for returns I have ever come across. I have been a loyal customer for years and they suddenly decided that I did not return something in time and will not credit my card as I requested. A 30 day return policy is ludicrous for an internet catalog company - 30 days could easily be the time it takes to receive the package, return it the same day, and then they would probably not really look at it for another month! Do not shop with them if at all possible - definitely not if you think you may have to return something. It's better off to go somewhere else! read full review »

Each coupon is to be submitted monthly with receipts totaling $100.00 which I did for December and January and have not received anything. I just did the same for February. I unintentionally left my 3 qt. Emerilware Stainless sauce pan on the electric stove on high with only water in it. The pan boiled dry and got extremely hot. When I removed the pan from the burner, the bottom layers (stainless steel, aluminum and copper) separated from the pan and fell to the floor. This Karate dojo is not where you want to enroll you child or even yourself. Of course the kids that attend are great, but they should also get out. The instructor will get you to sign a contract and then the true colors will surface. He doesnâ��t care about you or the kids. He yells at them, and you, simply because he is in a bad mood. There is NO team environment. He promotes attending tournaments, but he will most likely not attend leaving the competitor there by themselves. What coach does that??
