First off--they have a rating of A+ with the BBB (Better business bureau)- the only way to make these people change the way they work is to file complaints with the BBB. We signed up in December for the program. This is the first of April and we have paid monthly fees of $39 for a ryder with extra services. We cancelled another policy to take this one out to supplement our Medicare part A and B. I received a durogotory listing on my credit report for non-payment of an alledged $229 overdue for CDs from BMG from 2004. Who keeps checking or credit card records for five years?
