I am a music teacher in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. I was giving lessons for Amadeus. The few times I actually got paid, it was a struggle. I too thought that i was only going to get charged the $ 1.95 charge, and being Canadian my M/C credit card got all 3 charges adding up to be $ 2.49 + $ 73.45 + $ 48.71 which was a far cry from $ 1.95, plus i've yet to even receive the CD never mind the kit. Innovative Pharmaceuticals, LLC wrote a check for my consulting services in amout of $3, 400 that I deposited on April 1, 2009. On April 8 it was returned due to no funds "Return Item Chargeback" . I almost got ripped off by Carmax of Plano. They offered me 6500 for my 2005 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner SR5. Told me that they could only get that if they bought or sold it. Well I found on the Carmax site a 2005 strip model PreRunner for 12, 998. I complained to the corporate office in Virgina, and when I went back to the site the car had been removed? Last year I signed up for voip phone service over the internet. It was 199.00 for 1 yr. In the past when the membership expired I could no longer reply to emails on the site and was required to log in and renew my subscription. I purchased a small battery powered fan from SafetyCentral.com. I received it in a reasonable amount of time. The variable speed control did not work when I received it. Hi I'd like to make a complaint. My daughter, Jessie, recently received a flip motion card in her cereal, from Disney's Little Einstein. The card claims to be educational. However, it shows a picture of a geyser, with Leo conducting at YOSEMITE. There are no geysers at Yosemite. Geysres are found at Yellowstone. I had purchased the Europro Sharkvac Pursuit upright vacuum on the Home Shopping Network in December 2008. Initially it appeared to be comprehensive product that would be good for the downstairs non-carpeted areas but after operating it for 1-2 per WEEK for 20-30 minutes the system is LOADED with problems.. Despite cleaning the filter and dustbag out EVERY time the vacuum overheats after 10 minutes of operation and shutdown, the base of the rugbeater is continually getting disrupted and falling off. For every 10 minutes of vacuuming you need 10-15 minutes of cooldown or repair. It is a TOTALLY useless product. read full review »

This is about a shop in So Texas that overhauls aircraft engines, paints and refurbishes aircraft interiors. I spent $21000 there, and have had numerous problems. I have sent 6 emails to the owner, Bruce McWhorter, complete with vivid photographs detailing shortcomings with work that his shop has performed. I cant even get the courtsey of a reply from him.
