I took my car in for a oil change. First they tried to install t he wrong oil filter, then argued when I called them on it. Made me wait 45 minutes while the right one was delivered. Didnt check any other fluid levels and didn't lube it. When I called them on it they tried to convince me I was mistaken until another employee admitted he forgot. When I bought my car I put an extended warranty on it because of the miles I drive every year. I'm within 200 miles of my warranty expiring and I took the car in for service because the a/c doesnt work. At first the dealership was going to take care of the a/c until they found out what I had for miles. Then they told me they had to have an inspector inspect the a/c and then he would determine if it would be covered. On Saturday 4/11/09 I dropped my 8 year old Dachshund (Duncan)off at Pet Smart Grooming in Chesterfield, Michigan at 12:30pm. I was told he would be ready to pick up at 2:30pm. I have always paid on time and have the card for about a year. I went to use it the other day and it declined which shocked me since I have a very low balance and well away from my credit limit. I called in to tell them my card was damaged since the magnetic strip on the back had many scratches which I thought was the problem. I subscribe to this company by in January 2009. After having several payments drafted from my bank account I call to inquire about the system and the paperwork. If you are military stay away from here. There is a military clause on the contract but if you get orders and have to terminate your lease before the end of the contract you will be charged one months rent which isn't outlined in the contract. I have had both a checking and savings account with 53 for over 2 years now and, due to this terrible economy have not had much money to put in the account.
