I had purchased the Europro Sharkvac Pursuit upright vacuum on the Home Shopping Network in December 2008. Initially it appeared to be comprehensive product that would be good for the downstairs non-carpeted areas but after operating it for 1-2 per WEEK for 20-30 minutes the system is LOADED with problems.. Despite cleaning the filter and dustbag out EVERY time the vacuum overheats after 10 minutes of operation and shutdown, the base of the rugbeater is continually getting disrupted and falling off. For every 10 minutes of vacuuming you need 10-15 minutes of cooldown or repair. It is a TOTALLY useless product.
