I have tried to reach this company with the phone number provided (1-954-237-2690) to cancel my membership. They stated the membership bill would not take place until 14 days after I received the product. They billed me 5 days after I recieved the product, so I called to speak with a customer rep. NO ANSWER, IT RINGS AND A VOICE MESSAGE COMES ON. I STAYED ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES AND STILL NO SUCCESS. I have been calling for three days and still no success. After registering for the service it took 2 weeks to get my activation code in the post. I agreed to switch over to their company once we came to an agreement of how much I would pay for the service. A company I was applying for a job suggested I use CIC*CE CREDIT REPORT to obtain a free credit report supposedly from Espirian. The report was extremely inaccurate and in addition I had to supply my credit card number. The amount they charged on my account was a small amount but the idea of it that they should charge anything is amazing to me.
