I was ripped off by Timeshare MLS. I was solicited by Ira Robinson at this company and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and convincing. He called me many, many times promising that he could sell my timeshare quickly and in fact had people waiting to buy a unit just like mine If I would just agree to list with them. I had Thermal Gard replace my windows in the 1990's and after about ten years have lost there argon between the glass panels. They have become very cloudy and are an eye soar to the house. I contacted Thermal Gard and was told they no longer warrant the windows after ten yrs of ownership. For about $85 each they would send new panels, I don't think so. I am an employee at one of the best buy stores in florida and I have to keep a job but I can't stand to see people ripped off. Do not shop at Best Buy. We do not care about anything but the Co bottom line. The Geek Squad is a joke and we are not repairing any computers unless it can be fixed by putting a disk in it. Other wise we send it off. I was initially solicited by phone in early 2007 to advertise on a placemat being made for a local restaurant. I initially agreed to do it and gave them my credit card #. Transmission started at $1397 for my Jeep Liberty and ended up $2592. The transmission co, an AAMCO did a fine job on the work, and told me if I had come in off the street the trans. would have been around $1800 to $2000 with a 12 month/12, 000 mile warranty. About 6 months ago I was contacted by a company offering me a 1000 dollar shopping spree for subsribing to magazine at 14.95 per month. I ordered a "free" trial of this horrible product. I canceled the product after a week because it did not do as it promised. I actually wanted to eat more, not less. I aksed for a refund on 3/27/09. I was told it would take 3 to 5 days for the refund. It is now 4/7/09. Still no refund. Every time I call the number, it is someone who barely speaks English. They keep saying 3 to 5 days. The situation is I received a pair of black Chukka Samuel Windsor boots for Xmas. from my father I started wearing them January 2 2009 by the time the snow came in February I realised my feet were getting wet as walked in the snow. I am an unhappy customer of this company, Flow Images. The owner Mark is a very good SALES person. He says anything you want to hear when you're about to sign up but when the time comes, he said it's not in the contract - so make sure it's written down! I have tried to reach this company with the phone number provided (1-954-237-2690) to cancel my membership. They stated the membership bill would not take place until 14 days after I received the product. They billed me 5 days after I recieved the product, so I called to speak with a customer rep. NO ANSWER, IT RINGS AND A VOICE MESSAGE COMES ON. I STAYED ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES AND STILL NO SUCCESS. I have been calling for three days and still no success. After registering for the service it took 2 weeks to get my activation code in the post. Spectrotel contacted me by phone and offered to beat whatever I was paying for my current phone service. I agreed to switch over to their company once we came to an agreement of how much I would pay for the service. They have a 3rd party Verification, and they repeat those prices, and then its over and you are done- you now have Spectrotel.
