I ordered 2 beds with mattress including a dressing mirror and chest for my home recently, and both of these beds were scheduled for free delivery. I was happy for the free delivery but only for the clumsy delivery guys who were so ruff and inconsiderate. they just rushed into my home, virtually hitting the stairway and the walls. i was so much annoyed as they were not even sorry for the accident (which would have been Not one...if they were little considerate of someones property..)
They even do not wear any disposable shoe cover before entering the home.

I signed up with mycreditgroup to clear up my credit and I decided that it was not the right decision for me. The process fee is $99. The day after I signed up I canceled. MyCreditGroup took the money out of my account the same day but I have not yet recieved my refund and it has been three weeks. I just don't think it is right for them to hold on to my money especially since they have not done anything. If I don't recieve my money soon, I will be filing a complaint again them for this is just wrong. read full review »

I ordered a few pieces of clothing from Newport News in November '08. I was doing a lot of Christmas shopping online as I was working out of my home state and had very little free time to take care of it. My credit card statements were going home where my daughter was retrieving my mail so I wasn't viewing my statement. I would like to make a complain about my fridge (model - RT40MB) that, all my vegetables in the refrigerator become frozen and it has been repaired by the Samsung technicians for 5 times and the problem is still going on. I too signed up for the "trial offer" for make-up with Mineral Elements and pay only for S/H- $7.32. I read everything before I put my card info in and it said nothing about returning within 15 days. When I received the product, sample size, thats when it told I had 15 days from the shipping date to return product if I was unsatisified. My washing machine from Sears first needed repair on December 15, 2008. At which point it was determined by the technician that the door needed a simple repair. Once the part was sent to my house another technician came to the house and luckily checked the machine a bit more an determined that there was a much larger repair to be done.
If I remember correctly 5 new parts were sent. the technician came and found one of the parts broken... reordered it, and 10 days later was back. Many hours later...machine still did not work!

I also got hooked by this company. They sent me a "trial" kit of their South Beach Smile product and charged the $6.95 shipping, then before I could try it, they charged another $27.00 . I called and finally got ahold of someone and I asked him what the $27.00 charge was for. He said it was for special access to their "club" and proceded to tell me about all the benefits. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT deal with this dishonest bank. They promised me a loan as long as I could come up with the first 6 months payment up front. I did that, sent them almost $2000. Then the day that they are supposed to disburse the loan to me they call and demand ANOTHER 6 months prepayment, for a total of the first year's payment up front. THEY CHANGED THE TERMS OF THE LOAN ON ME AFTER THEY GOT MY MONEY. Yesterday I purchased Norton 360 version 3.0 on a 2-year deal and downloaded it apparently successfully on to Computer A but found it disabled the connection to Computer B which shares files, printer and internet access hosted on Computer A. I attempted to download a second copy of Norton 360 for Computer B but could not direct it there so placed it in a separate directory on Computer A until I could restore the connection. I inquired about an interest only loan with Nations Choice Mortgage on 4-11-06. I found them on Bankrate.com. They were listed with very low interest rates and low fees. I guess I should have know right there and then it was too good to be true.
The loan officer Linda Schrader informed me that the loan application fee will only cost me $350. Linda knew I was shopping around for other loans. Received merchandise that was scratched, not brand new as advertised. Called up company and left many, many messages. Did not receive one return phone call. Corresponded one time with them via email...they said all boxes containing the DTV box Insignia have been opened but are still brand new (what a bunch of BS!). I subscribed to Digitel Bida Plan 777, the first month was fine because i can play online games even though the video loading in websites such as youtube, metacafe, etc was super slow. But now, on my second month i can't play online games anymore starting 8 am until 11 pm, i always get disconnected from the server. After only having the LN52A750 Samsung LCD tv, it began to automatically turn off and then back on continually untill you unplugged the whole set. This continues to this day as soon as you plug the tv in. It began this on Feb 24, 2009. It is now April 5 and I have yet to get my refund (because the part is on backorder, and they apparently have NONE in inventory to replace???) they have been jerking me around, and twisting things around like they are ABSOLUTELY withing their 14-21 days of completion on the process because it was only APPROVED... read full review »

I have been eating at Carls Jr since i came back from Vietnam in 1973. I have found their restsuatnts to be generally ok but on average about 50/50% as far as food quality, service, restroom and prices are concerned. I have had several run in's with my two local Carls Jr resturants with poor quality food preperation and quality. I was sent a receipt for $79.80, but was charged $124.30 which I understand has been converted to US dollars, however that was never specified to me when I ordered. This is a complaint about the Sonic Drive In St Francisville, Louisiana. This is the worst Sonic I think in the State. The parking lot is so torn up that you risk tearing up your vehicle pulling up to a stall. When it rains the parking lot is like a lake with a million huge potholes that you can't see. Next the food tastes good, but it looks terrible. When i order a double cheese burger it's so flat that I have to double check to make sure it's not a single. The building itself is so out of date, it looks like it is still in the 1980's. This place is in need of a major upgrade, inside and out. read full review »

I recently watched the first episode of Kyoto Animation's new 4koma adaptation "K-On!" and while I was entertained to an extent, I was utterly shocked and disgusted to my very core once the credits rolled, and I realised there had not been a single panty shot. While I appreciate that KyoAni is doing their best to put out a somewhat entertaining show like this, I believe there is no excuse for such blatant disregard of the fans' wishes. I will never do business with either of these associated companies ever again. I had opened one of theo JC Penny Dept store cards around the holidays, ya know when they ask if you want to save the 10% opening the charge. I've often do so in stores only to pay charge in full and close the account if the purchase was large enough to warrant it. Doing so had never damaged my credit until now!
