Ordered this series from PlanetDVDStore. Got an e-mail back stating the transaction was declined and was probably because of wrong info added about credit card. E-mail said to try and order again, so I did. The second transaction was successful.. Amazingly one day later the sent another e-mail stating the first order was now accepted. They charged me twice. A company I was applying for a job suggested I use CIC*CE CREDIT REPORT to obtain a free credit report supposedly from Espirian. The report was extremely inaccurate and in addition I had to supply my credit card number. The amount they charged on my account was a small amount but the idea of it that they should charge anything is amazing to me. I have been a customer of Xanadoo since August of 2008. I have used the same credit card for my automatic payment since my enrollment. Being cautious of moving companies I checked several before settling on Royal. The agent came out and explained all the costs and gave me a fair estimate and even personally boxed a thick glass shelf for me.
