I recently signed up with Dish Network through Nor Cal Satellite and experienced the worst service in my life! The owner Dwayne Milton conned me into signing up. I've had a Juniper Bank Card for approx 5 + Years now. I've always carried a balance due to the low interest rate, and never had a late payment. Last year my cards were compromised so I had new ones issued and we had a minor misunderstanding that we cleared up. I purchased a vehical from the used dealership and paid cash. I paid the aggreed upon price in full in hard cash which and recieved a receipt. 3 years later i go to sell the vehical to a buyer and the dealership never took the lien from the previous owner off the title which was through gmac. I used to love the Zone Alarm computer suite. It had everything to protect your computer & was great/easy to use. Now the product will not even work. The computer freezes, crashes etc. You have to pay for help, even though it is a new purchase, and they no longer have a phone # to reach them so you have to type everything, which is way too much trouble when you are having probs. I was completing an IQ test on Facebook's website and was asked for a phone number in order to receive a PIN - next thing I notice a $14.99 charge on my cell phone bill to Playphone, Inc: Ringers. I didn't accept any service, I didn't sign up or download any ringers. I was lucky that my cell phone company (Sprint) did reverse the charge and I have now blocked 3rd party access to my cell phone account. Last year Chevron shortened terms of credit card from 21 days to 14 days in order to avoid finance charges. They received the last payment on a Monday with the due Date the day before on a Sunday. They posted payment on Monday and submitted late and finance charges of $60.00 on a $500 balance. When called they refused to waive the late and interest charges. This is a complete ripoff.
