I had purchased the Europro Sharkvac Pursuit upright vacuum on the Home Shopping Network in December 2008. Initially it appeared to be comprehensive product that would be good for the downstairs non-carpeted areas but after operating it for 1-2 per WEEK for 20-30 minutes the system is LOADED with problems.. Despite cleaning the filter and dustbag out EVERY time the vacuum overheats after 10 minutes of operation and shutdown, the base of the rugbeater is continually getting disrupted and falling off. For every 10 minutes of vacuuming you need 10-15 minutes of cooldown or repair. It is a TOTALLY useless product. read full review »

This is about a shop in So Texas that overhauls aircraft engines, paints and refurbishes aircraft interiors. I spent $21000 there, and have had numerous problems. I have sent 6 emails to the owner, Bruce McWhorter, complete with vivid photographs detailing shortcomings with work that his shop has performed. I cant even get the courtsey of a reply from him. He has been paid in full, and seems to have the attitude of "if you want satisfaction, then hire a lawyer." Tough to do from 1500 mi away. I took my car in for a oil change. First they tried to install t he wrong oil filter, then argued when I called them on it. Made me wait 45 minutes while the right one was delivered. Didnt check any other fluid levels and didn't lube it. When I called them on it they tried to convince me I was mistaken until another employee admitted he forgot. When I bought my car I put an extended warranty on it because of the miles I drive every year. I'm within 200 miles of my warranty expiring and I took the car in for service because the a/c doesnt work. At first the dealership was going to take care of the a/c until they found out what I had for miles. Then they told me they had to have an inspector inspect the a/c and then he would determine if it would be covered.
