I responded to one of their offers and let me tell you it's always at least
20 min. I usually get frustrated and five up but this offer was for an Oral
B toothbrush and I really wanted it.
After I received the offer which was language tapes from a company called
Onlingo, I checked my account for points or record of anything. I emailed
them and they would email back that it could take 30 days and that they
can't control when the company this being Onlingo, would update them.
This has been going on since late October, so I finally sent them an email
like this !!! and finally got a response.
Here is his response where he basically calls me a liar. By the way, the
whole registration thing must have come about because when I sent the
complaint I had to check something. I never stated that I was a new
registrant but that I filled out an offer. I sent him a nasty response back
where he tells me that I wasn't eligible, but if you look at his response
below, he's saying it was impossible, to me that means I should not have
been able to complete the offer, but I did and received the product in the
mail. How could that happen if I didn't fill out the offer. I'm wondering if
this is a scam mostly? I will be filing a complaint to the BBB.

You claim you signed up with Onlingo through your registration process with
Memolink 2 months ago, however I show that you created your Memolink account
under this e-mail address almost a year ago, on 2-22-05. How could you have
signed up for an offer (which is only available during the Memolink
registration process) 2 months ago, when your account with Memolink was
created around 11 months ago? I am sorry but that is not possible. In
fact, your Memolink account has shown absolutely no activity since it was
created last February, until December 30th, 2005 - at which time you logged
into your account - yet there were no registered clicks in the account since
then. Apparently you tried to register for a new account using this e-mail
address on 12-30-05 from some sort of promotion, however our program kicked
you out of registration since you were already registered with us under this
e-mail address. You would have been notified of this on one of the web
pages when you tried to re-register.
