This is an outright elaborate scam. It's a fraudulent company ripping people off. The only way to stop GNS from charging your credit or debit card for unwanted products is to CANCEL YOUR CARD. As soon as you get the supposedly "Free Trial" with the statement saying you'll be charged $79.90 in 2 weeks CANCEL YOUR CARD IMMEDIATELY. I did. I have had one of the worst experience imagine with this store. They have proved to be very deceptive to me. I paid for a bedroom set for my daughter at Christmas, did not receive it until February. Ordered item 3/20/2009. They failed to tell me the item was out of stock, but billed my card. April 7, 2009, still no shipping information. I had American Express issue a dispute 2 days ago. They contacted me to let me know they would not issue a credit because I had issued a dispute AND THAT MY ORDER WAS ON HOLD. I would consider 17 days on hold regardless. took my dog to their animal hospital today 4-7-09 she had to stay till 5:00 this evening she got her shots and check up well my complaint she was put in her pet carrier where her blanket was wet where she had urinated on it and she also threw up in her carrer they didnt clean her up and sent her home that way. Randall Noe used a $500 "Gas Voucher" to close a deal for a vehicle I bought. They could only supply me one set of keys for the car and I knew it would cost me about that much to get a second set. The Free Gas Redemption company in Florida required $100 purchase of gas each month in order to get a $25 gas card each month. It would take 20 months and $2000 in gas to get my free $500 in gas.
