The delivery service is BAD. I bought laundry appliances and the department store uses Two Amigos for delivery. The store offers setup (excluding connecting hoses), as stated on their web site. Recently on the PC Magazine website there was a screen saver bundle of celestial screensavers. A total package of 3 separate screensavers bundled together to purchase as 1 for $49.95. I have Cingular Roadside Service on Dec 28, 2006, I had a flat in Southfield, MI and contacted my CINGULAR ROADSIDE SERVICE to come change my flat. Feels like I live in the Bermuda triangle. Neighbors 1 1/2 block on either side of me can get DSL and for two years the company has told me they would have it where I could get it by spring of the year. Still no internet. I have booked my household gods from Noida to Bhilai from Shri Blaji Packers & Mover. Due to negligency of transporter my material have damage during transit. he transporter has done the forgery with me after taken the additional money of Rs.7000/- he had unload the goods in his go down and shifted the material in another truck with the other machines. I have WLL connection sine last two years. The battery back up is not at all working,means the instrument won't function without external power supply. When contacted the Customer care demands me to pay for a replacement battery. This is absurd and shocking as the instrument is the property of Tata Indicom, they need to maintain and replace it unless the instrument is damaged by the user just like any other telecom e.g. BSNL. I special ordered a black brick on 4/27/06 both in the traditional square and bullnose. I arrived to pick up on Saturday 5/13/2006. I paid and loaded one pallet and took to the job site. Ditto for 2nd pallet. Upon returning to load the third pallet I noticed no bullnose. I could not complete the job and made the decision to use red brick. Recently I happened to visit Big Bazaar in Mangalore, India for a change. I am a regular customer of Nilgiris. As I had pain in knee, I parked my car on the same floor as Food market so that I don't have to use the steps. A charge showed up on our Verizon telephone bill for $7.14 as a directory assistance call placed on 12/20/06 to 101-515-8000. This call was never placed and in fact there are several complaints on the internet about this scam company. I will be calling Verizon tomorrow. They should obviously know about this bogus company as this, from what I've read, has been going on for some time. I also will contact the FCC. For the last one year I find the 115.2 kbps speed of walky is truly a false. Probably inbuilt feature. Most of the time the speed lowers to several bytes only (much below 1 kbps/s). I am one of the BSNL Bangalore customers for the past 6+ years. I have applied for shifting during May 2006. I got the shifting after 5 months of continuous follow-up.
