The said no. is installed at my residence as 10 digit fixed line. Since last 3 weeks this phone has no signal. Connection was taken from Ganesh Communication. Despite of several telephone complaint people are not attending the complaint and the phone is of no use. I requested to surrender the line but no body is coming to do the needful. I am totally fed up with the attitude of Airtel / Ganash Communication. If I am not able to get the services then why airtel is not coming to do the needful or disconnect the connection. We booked a trip with BookIt to Cozumel Mexico. The have been given exclusive prices and have representatives at the Park Royal Hotel who help get you into a scam situation. Antonio, their representative told us to stay there and go to thier presentation. The hotel had Royal Holiday people all over you. My brother-in-law moved from Delhi to Bangalore in September 2006. He has booked a sealed container through Agarwal Packers and Movers. He had put insurance coverage for all the goods. As per AirTel Customer Care officer it will be approved within 7 working days and no renewal will be charged for this period. Yes, I booked for new landline and broadband connection on 12.3.07; till now no action from BSNL (Bangalore) side. Not sure, whom should I contact for further followup. This is the worst experience I've had with airtel. I shifted my residence and notified them of the new address, at least 4-5 times! Still they kept sending the bill to my old address. After approximately five hours on my landline, discussions with 2 supervisors, and four or five customer services persons, they were unable to remedy what should have been a simple problem...(1) minutes purchased over the internet were not credited and (2) minutes purchased via air time card were not credited. They are the worst dry cleaners ever and they totally cheat their customers by putting up pictures of "STATE OF ART" machinery. Well, their STATE OF ART machinery ruined my $200 Jacket.
