My Account Got Banned and No Refund Received
I ordered 450 gold 10 days ago and ThSale.com have not delivered. Yesterday I got an email from Blizzard saying I broke the ToS and account was permanently banned! I requested a refund from ThSale.com but they claim they delivered what I bought and no refund will be provided. What a joke! The email from blizzard says this account has been closed and will not be reopened under any circumstances.

THSALE claims they absolutely do not use any illegal methods when leveling your character but they obviously do. I never had a single problem with Blizzard about ANYTHING else before this happened to me.

I lost my account, my main character, my gold... everything and there is nothing that can be done. I have written blizzard many times and they will not change their minds.

Failure to fill order
Wish i found this board a week ago. would have saved myself a ton of grief i bought 1000 plat for eq2 the only reason i used this service is because IGN is no longer servicing eq2. (dont mob me warcraft players i come in peace). it has now been 6 days and still have not even received a partial. called customer servce, cant understand them. sounds like "oh we so sowwy, we scwew you wong time. we call you when we done scwewing". So then i try online customer service they smile while they punch you in the sack there. there answer is always something like we are out of stock, try back in 6 to 8 hours, or we will call you when its ready. This is comforting for the first few days of waiting, but gets real old after about day 4. So anyway i know its a complete waste of my time to ask for a refund.( thats pretty much with any online order). I found this board just today i figured i would post and let yall know that as of 2/16/2011 THsale has not improved. I really feel bad for the Powerleveling people. im real glad i didn't try that service. I hope any potential THsale victims come here first. 6 days and still waiting. im gonna cut my losses and run as far away form these scam artists as possible, im not even sure i want the order now. Id be scared to visit one if these clowns face to face in game.

Terrible (laughable) Customer Service
So, like many I succomed and bought a bunch of ISK for the ingame system of Eve Online. Yes, I know it was a silly decision to begin with but I had used services like this for other MMOs and we kinda needed the in game money to help build a corporation.
Anyway what happened was that they had promised to send it by a 'contract' a private swap of goods / money if you will, which happens to be the only way that the parent company (CCP) can't track it.
If you are sent money directly (through the in-game mail) it is very often picked up and confiscated.

Well what happened was I ordered it through their site and paid more for ther 15 min transfer on Friday Evening. Nothing happens, can't get hold of anyone to discuss why its not been transfered all night (5 hours+ ). Then on Sunday morning I logged in to find that the the ISK (300 Million) had been transfered directly to my account, then instantly removed and a message waiting for me from CCP warning me not to do it again.

Anyway, so I got onto live help and had this chat with them. I know it's a long one, but it's quite funny really - even if I do say so myself! I really enjoyed the part about the wooden house!

At this point I was disconnected!

I then went onto speak to the 'agent' (on MSN at the address mentioned) who repeated over and over that their 'lawyer will contact you in 24 hours' and that she would 'see you in court'. Obviously there 'you' referred to me. I asked her if she was going to get on a plane (from China) and fly to me (In the UK) to take me to court, to which she went offline, presumably blocking my MSN from contacting her.

Basically, if you are desperate enough to buy fake money with real cash, make sure you know where you're trying to get it from. If you can use word of mouth from friends etc.

Thankfully It wasn't a lot of money and the whole converstaion made me nearly wet myself with laughter! But needless to say I won't be using them again!

No gold, no refund, no English
I will never do business again with THSALE. I ordered 5000 gold for around $90 and they promised to deliver within the day. They said they would call me for the trade but they never did so I spoke to a live chat agent who then told me to log in to my character. I waited in the game for their toon for 3 HOURS and went back to live chat only to wait in the queue for another 20 mins for someone to answer. GUESS WHAT? THEY SAID THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK!!! sorry sorry sorry that's all the agent could tell me. She said, "There was a misunderstanding our apologies so sincerely". I said I wanted a refund she said 'would you like to wait? Thanks for your understanding." OMG! After saying TEN TIMES I WANTED A REFUND she SAID "I sincerely thank your patience and know you will give us another chance". She obviously could not comprehend anything I said! It was like banging your head against a brick wall! I said "I WANT MY MONEY BACK" and "I WANT TO TALK TO YOUR SUPERVISOR AND HE BETTER SPEAK ENGLISH!". Guess what? She dropped the chat. So is that a scam or what? I'm filing a chargeback and you guys better not go to this site unless you enjoy pain.

BANNED ACCOUNT
The site looks fantastic- and that is where it ends. I know people who have ordered in game money and been very pleased. My experience however is different. I payed for powerleveling (Booo, do it yourself, I know I know) I payed $129.99 for WoW 1-70 and sent another $100 to have it done within a week... I checked the status through their online chat every other day. A week into it, my character was only level 26- they apologized and offered gold to compensate... I reluctantly agreed. I visited the site numerous times within the next month asking them to please hurry or refund the $100 I payed for the fast service.

My account was banned (know that I DID NOT log on at ALL during the leveling process) I was able to recover the account- when I approached THSale this time, they told me to give them the new password, and to trust them that it would not happen again.

They explicitly state that there is a risk of your account being banned- however they also explicitly state they DO NOT use 3rd party programs to level characters... A week later my account was permanently banned for guess what? ABUSE OF A THIRD PARTY PROGRAM...

They then pleaded with me to contact Blizzard and say that my account was hacked and it wasn't my fault... After that I had it.

They offered that if I bought another account they would level a character in normal time to 60... this was not acceptable compensation. At this point I was out 229.99 and over a month of waiting and hours and hours of time spent in their online chat with people who only type broken english and have no contact with their managers.

I disputed both payments on Paypal, and though I provided an ample amount of evidence they could not refund my money because it is virtual items...

This business is the WORST I have ever dealt with... I have been a member of Paypal for three years and this was the first dispute I ever made...

PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR GIMMICKS.

Scam and fraud
Ordered PL service 1-60 on a clean new account. They got the account banned and closed after 2 freaking days. I keep asking for a refund but they just keep giving me the runaround. Telling me to get the account back and such. Which is a hassle, blizzard wants notarized information. I'm not gonna bother. I am trying to get my $65 bucks back though and opened a paypal dispute. The interesting thing is they give me an email to respond to in the dispute of [email protected], but when i respond to the given email they tell me they are not affiliated with THSALE.com. here is a copy of that email

Dear Customer,

sorry for hearing that ur acc had been banned. I don't know who give the email:[email protected] to u.but we are the www.games-level.net and haven't got any order from u. You can go to our site to have a look. We have high reputation and the lowest price among company. We suggest u to solve it by the law. Our paypal email address:[email protected] had received your email for dispute in power leveling. But as we know, we haven't got any order from you. Well the site you had paid is not mine. They must be the cheater or the hacker!Maybe someone want to slander our prestige. Now, we are indignation for their behavior! When we find them, we have our lawyer to solve this matter!

Games-level Customer Service. Now I tried to go to the website given in that email, but nothing is coming up so I don't even know if that site exists.

The paypal address I originally paid money to is SHARKTHEDIABLO.gmail.com. So I sent an email to that address, but of course they respond with an automated response to make any inquires via live chat. And of course live chat cant do a thing for you because a supervisor has to sign off on any refunds. I've left my contact info so many times and in the paypal dispute, but they do nothing. I HOPE PAYPAL STOPS ACCEPTING PAYMENTS FOR THESE SCAMMERS.

I guess I will take this as a $65 lesson learned. Whatever you do DO NOT USE THSALE.COM

They ripped me off
Do not associate yourself with this company in any way! They would not complete my order and got my World of Warcraft account banned. There are many people out there who have been scammed by this company... don't let it be you! They will not complete your order, or even worse, not deliver at all. Their gold and powerleveling services are scams and are under investigation for illegal activity!

Failure to deliver/ refund hassle
My story is similar to another below, in that I never received the gold I ordered and got the runaround on trying to get it back. It was a large order for 5, 000 gold, but I was told I'd have it in 24 hours (gold is a lot easier to get these days so that type of order isn't crazy anymore).

After 3 days I hit the live chat and was told they were running behind but should have it by the end of that day. Day 4- told the exact same thing. Day 5- again told the exact same thing. "We'll have it by today".

So on Day 6 I get on and say I want to cancel my order. I'm told by the operater, Kiviana, , "Oh you are first on the list and it should be to you today." I said no, I've been told that every day and have beed waiting 6 days for what was supposed to take 1. I'm given the runaround, saying if I wait they'll give me bonus gold. Of course I'm skeptical- they can't come up with the gold I ordered but now will have extra?? So again I say I want a refund.

I'm then told, sorry the man that deals with Paypal is not in today, but am I sure I don't want to wait longer? Serously, they push this like 5-6 times and I'm telling them to just give me my frickin money back.

So then I'm suddenly disconnected (conveniently) and have to log back in twice before I can speak with Kiviana again, who acts like she doesn't remember me at first from the conversation 5 minutes earlier. Again she asks for me just to wait, adding in a bunch of smileys "=)" that just infuriates me. So I tell her I'm disputing it with Paypal and log off.

So I make my dispute, and THSale AGAIN writes back in the dispute asking to please wait, my order should be filled soon! This is like the 10th time I've told them no, I've given them ample opportunity, just refund my money!

The only thing in their favor- a few hours later they did refund my money. I promtly went to another site (IGE) and had my gold within 12 hours.

So, I say stay far away from THSale unless you want a lot of headache and real frustration in getting your money refunded.

FRAUD, HIJACK, SCAM
Company provides a "service" to powerlevel your world of warcraft character. But when in fact they just steal everything on your account and get it BANNED by blizzard.

So you pay for a service (Which you're never going to get), and they just scam you every which way to sunday.

Their customer service sucks... they're taught very well to avoid and prolong the process until its "too late" for any legal action to be made. They give you the run around, make you talk to one person, transfer you to another who transfers you back to the original person and so on.

They use Yahoo.com, gmail.com and hotmail.com email addresses so they become anonymous.

The only way I was able to get an initial contact (after about 15 or so emails over 3 days to their website's various addresses)... I had to file a paypal dispute... which low and behold they responded within 10 minutes!

Then they urge you to close the paypal dispute while they work on your issue. (WOW was my first thought when they told me that! RED FLAG SCAMMER!)

I urge everyone to make complaints to the IRS, better business bureau, and launch claims any which way you can!

These guys are strictly scammers and hold up no legitimate business at all.

We need to band together and take these guys down! Keep launching complains, charge backs, whatever!
