I purchase a ring from USN Home Shopping last year in July. I never received the ring, so after several attempts to get the ring, I cancelled the order. Several months later, I never received the money, even until now which is 4/20/2007. I took them to court, no one showed up. The judgment was awarded now 30 days later, the company has still not refunded my monies totally 768.00. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau prior to taking them to court. I joined the Biz Builder coop at Level 3 ($99 reg plus $99 a month membership fee). I ordered $4,000 of product any was told they would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. I waited, but no products. So I called and was told they still hadn't left China, and I needed to wait another month. Next month same thing. The only thing you can count on this company to do is take the monthly fee. I have since canceled my account and asked for a refund for the products. (They won't refund the membership fees, $600 gone). We hired Fantastic Cleaning Professionals Inc. to clean our recently remodeled home April 4. they applied a cleaning chemical that permanently dulled and streaked our oak hardwood flooring. A flooring contractor came out to evaluate the damage and determined it was damaged by a cleaning product and needed to be be refinished. We were scheduled to move into the home that day and placed all our household goods in the garage while the flooring was being repaired. I was in this store buying a whole new kitchen. Cabinets, counter tops, sink, and all the things you need for a brand new kitchen. I have been taking my laundry and dry cleaning to these girls for a year. Once, the younger girl insisted I gave her a $10 when I had given her a $20. Yesterday, I handed her a $10, but I owed her more. I left the $10 on the counter, handed her a $20 and rifled for change. As I was looking for change she swiped up the $10 as well as the $20. This is the second time happened to me since I am in Chennai. I asked the dealer to recharge the STD account with amount of 225 but he recharged 225 in the ISD account. I was a customer of TataIndicom for approximately 8 months however their product - 256kbps (1GB Cap) went from bad to worse within the last 4 months. First there were frequent disconnections (not due to billing), the reason provided later was that the lines were being cut by dissatisfied/disgruntled Distributors. How is it that in their advertising supplements in our daily newspapers always more than 50 items are listed as being on sale and in stock and in reality when consumers arrive even at opening there are NEVER more than a very few available. I have a complaint regarding the service my fiance received from sprint pcs. He lost his phone and we went through the procedures needed to get the replacement phone, which would take 3-5 days to receive. On the 5th day he received the phone but you could not hear him speak through it, nor could he hear you others speaking to him. I am billed twice each month for two long distance services and when i complain it falls on death ears mci says its at&t problem at&t says its mci and i am caught in the middle paying for two long distance carriers that i never authorized. Airtel services in Goa have really become pathetic. Specially the GPRS service. Airtel claims to provide EDGE GPRS service in Goa. which as per claims is supposed to give you a connection speed of 256 KBPS. Which approximately boils down to a download speed of at least 25-30 KBPS. But I have never ever experienced a speed more than 12 KBPS. and that too that 12KBPS is a speed you will get very very rarely. Most of the time the speed is just around 3-4 KBPS.
