I have 2 complaints against Telkom. Firstly, I received a CD which would allow me 3 months FREE internet access. As we had a prepaid phone, we tested the service. As this period came to an end we relocated to another province and hence no longer had the pre-paid phone. Now, 6 months later I have noticed that Telkom have been deducting money from my account monthly for a service which I do not have (I do not even have a phone!). I am using Hutch 444 talk to all plan & a customer of Hutch (Delhi circle). Talk time is free with this plan is 444 RS. Hutch had circulated no. of pumplets. But now Hutch has changed the plan with out prior notice or informing me. 444 Rs. plan has been converted in to 444 minutes plan. I would definitely agree with Varsha Bhide on the attitude of Jyoti Enterprises who are the franchisees for REliance. I had brought a Classic Phone from them after transferring my old number. The very next day the charger was not working... The Jyoti Enterprises Sales Staff, were very rude and uncooperative. They said that it was not their problem. I asked for a replacement... they did not give... I asked them for a transfer back to my old handset... the reply was systems were down. I have booked the above consignment on 4th july from Jeypore Head Post Office by speed post to N.I.T. Warangal in my sons name Rahul Jand. I am a new tata indicom broadband customer, i had taken his service some 20 days back. After using internet for 10 days, my internet stopped working. I called the customer care for some 15 times till date, but my complaint is not yet resolved. Its already 10 days that i had registered the complaint. I purchased a $20.00 Fast Track international calling card from the SpeedyPin web site on July 7 2007. It was supposed to be worth 222 minutes. I used it to call to a mobile phone in Philippines. The rate advertised on the web page was $.09 per minute with a 20% carrier charge per call and $.69 twice per month for maintenance fees. On June 8, 2007 I placed an order for an expedited certified copy of a Birth Certificate for travel purposes. My credit card was billed on on June 14, 2007. I had shopped for the dvd cum home theater from rediff shopping. The supplier sent me the goods from hyderabad. They were in a damaged condition so i resent them back total price of rediff shopping was Rs 2,200 only. When the supplier sent me back the goods the octroi people charged 3 % on 5000 rupees ie 150 instead of 3 % on 2000 of the actual goods value. I went there but they were hesitant to listen to me. He delivers mail that isn't mine and even though i have asked him not to walk across the lawn since i am always putting seed and stuff down, but to no avail he and she still does it all the time. This company refuses refund even though they provided me with information regarding the individual that used my credit card falsely online. They do not use name and address verification for credit card authorization, just address verification. This is their loop hole. Pacific WebWorks is very difficult to deal with, when trying to get a refund for services they did not provide and charges that were not authorized. Citco Food Store, 7206 Broadway, Pearland Texas. Gas is 271 a gallon abut if you go into the store and purchase a gas card the gas is at $2.65. Thinking this is a good deal I bought a card and swiped it at the pump. Without lifting the handle to start pumping my gas the meter jumped to $0.06 and the gas amount went to 0.022 gallons. I went inside and complained to the attendant and he said as soon as you swipe the card the motor on the pump starts. The manager number is 832-640-2276. I have purchased a dozen roses from Ingles for the last 14 months, every Fri. evening. Of late, they die with 24 hrs. the buds fall of and I've even returned to the store's from which I've purchased. I get them from two different stores, one, Dawsonville Ga. and Anderson, SC. where I have two lady friends. I don't know why your flowers have gotten so bad of late, but I will not continue to spend over $15 a dozen if this is the way your product is going to continue to be.
