I purchased a pair of glasses from Sam's Club Optical less than 6 months ago. I purchased the Scratch Guard coating to be applied to them. Im an airtel customer. Im in the kerala circle. My local network coverage is under 'VALAKKADU' tower (in trivandrum district) situated hardly 2kms away from my home. I am really shocked to read so many complaints on WOODLAND footwear, when I thought i was the only one!!! Bought Woodland sandals on SALE in the mall at Sec 25A Noida, not that I paid any less than what I would if I had bought sandals in any other shop. I can't get them to return my calls at all for repairs that need to be done to my pool cover! I've called all over trying to buy the parts I need directly from the manufacturers and they keep referring me back to Aquamatic to purchase the parts and they won't call me back. I am willing to pay for the repairs. Apparently the parts are proprietary to this application so you can't get them anywhere else. It is a $10k cover. I Paid almost two hundred dollars for two wheel chair batteries for my mothers wheelchair in July 07. That are completely useless to me. Their website states they ship within 3 days -it took over a month and they sent the wrong batteries (wrong size and will not fit in the battery cases). I tried contacting them on their website chat and also phoned and no response until another month passed by. A rep said he was going to look into this. These people called and offered a product I would get their product information in the mail, I never received them and called them about it and basically got a "Oh well, too bad" from them. But yet they did charge me the initial $19.95 then $59 for the next 2 months until I figured it out. Union Telecom usa (https://www.uniontelecomusa.com) has an one time refundable charges of $39.95 which was supposed to be refunded within 3 weeks of cancellation. I had canceled by service 4 months back. In spite of several calls (more than 20) and their repeated assurances that I would receive the deposit back, I still have not got the amount. I am fed up with the service att wireless has offered. Their commercials are bogus and their customer service stinks. Their contract is even worse. I have between 10-15 dropped calls daily. Also, there are many times on a daily basis that I have to walk around the house or hang out the window or even worse, stand out in the cold on the front step to make or receive a phone call. I am using BPL for the past 15 months. Recently i refilled for 399 rs and as per the scheme i am entitled to get BPL to BPL Free and 399 with sms free. Initially the service was real time and got activated immediately. But i refilled on the 13th of september with a balance of 45rs and when i check the balance on 14th it is 79 Paise. I am fine with the money deducted for calls made to other networks but the BPL guys did not inform me and deducted the money. I bought an out of the box unit. Did not get the usually ink cartridges that are found in a bix and NOT TOLd that if the printer ink supply was low, they would not give a replacement. The drivers and manuals given to me ere from someone else's box, I assume, since they were not for my model. So, my ink supply was negligible. I had raised a fault 2 weeks back about my frequent internet disconnection which was conveniently closed by the field engineers stating that they called up my phone number and got verification that the complaint no longer exits! The number they mentioned was bogus as I am not sure from where they have got that. I re-opened the complained and inspite of daily followup with their call center, things are as it is. They keep on promising that they will escalate the issue not nothing happens. Nobody even visited by house to check the problem. The Sango coffee cup model # 4933 ( china ), has a defect hairline crack from upper ream to below handle on three of the cups in the set. The defect did not become noticeable until after 90 days. EASports' website advertises all these large changes in store for this year's version, however they don't mention that the changes are only in console versions of the game. After 3 years the company does not back up the unit. They do store parts and offer no solution. Other than hanging up the phone on you. Service and support is key a company success and they are lacking. The did not even try to sell me a new one! Go figure, mine is not working and they did not offer to sell me one.
