A woman in Alabama ordered a Balloon Bouquet from this company it was suppose to have 6 Mylar Balloons and 6 Latex. She paid approx 55.00. It was for delivery to her granddaughter in Texas. 1-800Balloons.com sent the order via the Dove Computer System, TeleFlora Wire Service (which is actually for florist to send one another orders). A price and time were agreed upon. They arrived an hour late stayed 16 hours instead of 13 leaving at 3:00am, did not complete the move, therefore i had to rent a u haul to finish the job. Was insulted by the estimator who stated i had a big mouth when i questioned his under estimation of the job. I would like to file a complaint on my mail carrier, he refuses to deliver my mail because my mail box sets back 4 inches from my neighbors (mail boxes are on posts near the curb on our road). Hello i have been a smoker for 7 years, and a user of Marlboro 100's for a few years. I recently purchased a carton of Marlboro 100's while passing through Delware. After smoking the first two packs with no problem i noticed the third and forth pack seemed to be unwrapped from there plastic material. I was contacted by a person named Diane at 866-623-8001 about receiving credit card worth $6,000.00 on October 8,2007. All I had to do was submit $200.00 which was deducted from my checking account. Firstly the Relaince telecommunications charge me for an amount of Rs. 2,550/- and on continous registration of complaints for a period of 2 weeks they gave a discount of Rs. 1,900/- thereby admitting their mistake.
