selling counterfeit products that they make
They are selling counterfeit windmills that they took from Calla Breeze wind turbine company.They are saying that they are the manufacturer of them when they are not.they have stated it to customers that have been in contact with me about this.I have customers that have sent me pictures of the items and they are indeed counterfeits being passed off as one of my windmills.

Defective Scooter
I purchased a scooter as Christmas present for my daughter. When she tried to ride it on Christmas day a bad smell was coming from the fuse area and it melted the plastic. I call for about 10 days and they finally sent me some parts. Still could not get the scooter to work, finally in February I was sent a new scooter, guess what that one doesn't work either. We replaced the trottle that was sent to us, still not working. I have contacted them probably 20 times finally was told they do not do refunds. They wanted me to talk to people in service and parts, which I have done. Now keep in mind I am a widow and have no mechanical experience, so I have to rely on friends to help. I cannot ask for any more help on this. 4 months later and the Christmas present is not useable. How sad is that.

won't reimburse for parts
I purchased a moped from them for my employee, George Bowerman. Along with the moped I bought 1 year of parts warranty for $79. I ordered a speedometer from them and waited over three months. When they could not find the part, I did a live chat over their web site and asked them if I could buy that part and a piston and rings from the wholesaler that they bought the moped from. They said I could and all I had to do was fax them the receipt and they would reimburse me. I faxed them the receipt over a month a go and I have done a live chat at least three times. and they will not send me a refund of $113.31. My moped sales receipt is #12463 for a 50 cc Italia Touring Moped the total sale was $1, 128.90

Cracked head on GT150 Scooter
When I initially received my GT150 Sport scooter from lg wholesale, within a week I noticed small drops of oil on the garage floor, I continued to ride in hopes that maybe a seal had not yet set, but the leak became worse and worse. I began attempting to contact LG wholesale in June only to be referred to an automated message to use the chat board. I continued to try to contact an actual person to no avail. Finally at the last of July, I knew something was definitely wrong when I had to add oil to the scooter after riding less than 10 miles. I recmoved the outside panels and it revealed that the motor had a hairline crack whre the bolts had been tightened from the factory. I continued to try to get a person on the phone until I accepted the fact that the opnly way to communicate was through their on-lin chat service, which also proved to be a joke. I had purchased an extended warranty for $79.00 upon my initial payment of the scooter. When I did get someonbe on "chat" their first question was did I havce the extended warranty, which I confirmed, I was constantly delayed for numerous reassons, but I reamained persistent. i was instruicted to take pics and email them, I heard nothing, I got back on chat and questioned the status to be told I had sent them to the wrong address, I resent them to thier "requested" address the second time, then heard nothing, approximately a week later, I got back on "chat" again asking the status, this time which was mid-October I was emailed a parts warranty form. I completed the form immediately and inclosed a $10..oo M.O for shipping cost. It was placed in the mail on October 16, 2008.
Todays date is 12-02-08 and still no response. I thing they are intentionally delaying for my extended warrnaty to lapse or either they have no intentions of helping me repair my scooter, so therefore I spend $1385.00 for a piece of junk with no service support. The only reason I chose this company was because of the extended warranty. I had known they were not going to honor it, I never would have bought the scooter.

ATV 1500 SHADOW SPORT ATV
I purchase a 4 Wheeler 1500 Shadow Sport. I receive it on 10-24-08. I had too assemble this product.They charged me 350.00 for a lift gate plus they didn't ever send me the parts I needed that were under the warranty.I called and never returned the calls nor emails.I just lost 1, 369.95. I can't get the four wheeler to stay running in order to ride it.

Warranty / Fraud
I purchased two 125cc Go Carts from Legion Global (LG Wholesale) on 11-9-07. One of the cats broke down the first day I ran it. Since then i have spoken to them about 50+ time about the parts and I get the same story every time, they will check and get back with me or they are in the mail. Not only that, they took my money for the shipping of the parts on 2-25-08. As of today 10-27-08, they have never returned a phone call and i still do not have the parts. This company is fraudulent and something needs to be done to keep them from ripping off everone who makes a purchase from them. I have spoken with someone named Matt in the parts department, and an Ellie, I dont know what she does, and cant get any answers. This place is an absolte JOKE!

Terrible customer service!
I bought the 250cc sharp shooter. At 1st I called them and told them that I want to pay by credit card. They said, if the order is over 500$ that they will charge me a fee. So, I paid by E-check. I bought the 6 month warranty with it. $1700. Took 3-4 weeks to receive it. I went and picked it up from the terminal because they were taking WAY too long. I put it together, and what they say that it would only take an hour, took 4. The ATV would then idle to fast, or not at all. When I got it, there were NO back brakes, the front BARLEY worked. Called them and told them that it had no back brake pad. They said thats no covered. A month later, the chain broke. I called, and told them that the chain broke and I need a new one. They said ok, we'll order it, let me have an email address and we will send a confirm, we need $10 for shipping.

Which they did charge me for. Never got it. 2 weeks later I called them a again, saying that it won't idle, seems like it wants to back fire and that I haven't received my chain. 'oh, its on back order'. 'You have to adjust the carb, after break in.' Which I did. Then a month later, I called again, and asked where is my chain was, 'well I see that it was ordered, let me order it again. give me an email address.' Still haven't got it. I again called 2 weeks later. 'oh, well the guy that worked in parts got fired for lieing to customers. saying he order parts and didn't.'

I told them that I need a crab because it not running right. 'oh ok, let me have your email and i'll order it'. Which then he was suppose to order the chain and the carb. Still NOTHING. Called back a week ago after taking the ATV to the beach. (which EVERYTHING RUSTED ON IT) asked them where is my chain and carb is? 'Well, I see that it was ordered back in aug.' I then told them. OK Well I need a petcock, carb, chain, back brake pads because they never came with it, the front brakes doesn't work any more, it leaking gas everywhere, the muffler rusted, the frame is rusting. If I don't get my parts in a week, I will be calling my lawyer.

'Ok, we will get them ordered. let me have you email, we will send a confirm' 'oh by the way, did you ever send a picture of it?' I told them, no, and I'm not going to send a pic, its to much hassle, now send me my parts... 'ok sir'. I then called back 20 mins later just to confirm that they had it on the file. Which they said yes. I called a lawyer anyway to talk to him, the lawyer gave me some crap of, 'well, do you have warranty info in writing?' I said it on the web site. 'well when you get it, call me back.' which then I never heard from him again.

I tired calling LG to ask where is the warranty info, they said, that they don't have any written info. I told that lady that answers that I want something in writing. She of course replied, 'well to bad.' Now, here I am with 1 month left on the warranty and I still have yet to receive any part from them. I do plan to call another lawyer and talk to him about sewing them... I plan to try on 2 things. Ether getting them shut down, and possible jail time for false advertising or refunds for people that want them.
