It all started when the proofs were ready for us on line. We were told that we would get the proofs in hand to look at. I guess they forgot to tell us it via the internet. I called this guy for a locksmith service I had just bout a new home n Shelby and I waned him to drill 2 holes for a deadbolt lock one in the front door and another in the side door. So he told me he will charge me $55.00 trip fee and $45.00 for each door. He also tried to sell me 2 deadbolt locks for $35.00 each and charge me $30.00 to match the keys to the doorknobs on both doors. I saw the infomercial regarding a colon cleansing product called Almighty Cleanse. They use God as a selling point. One question asked was if the product caused you to have extreme bowel movements. The answer was no. I called to order the product and, of course, the person tried to sell me everything and the kitchen sink! I am completely disgusted with the atrocious customer service or should I say complete lack of service dealt out by Telus. I phoned the service number on my telus statement to contact someone to move our phone line to a different pole at the completion of a new building at our business. I have called them at least 10 times, and everytime they say they will credit my account or call me back. I called regarding an item, and no one wanted to answer the phone...and if they answer, they kept transferring me around for 45 minutes!! I had posted an enevelope at Mumbai GPO (near Shivaji Terminus). This was to be delivered by EMS speed post to Pranav Thanawala at Thane (W) 400 602. It was posted on 31/12/07. Intellius charged me $19.90 to check on a phone number. They say they will do a full background check and provide information concerning that number. The ONLY information I got was a first name, no last name, and a validation that it is a phone line. I already knew it was a phone line and I thought you needed more than only a first name to get a phone number? I filed a complaint with them and they ignored it, I called and after twenty minutes of waiting I hung up. NO ONE should use this company they are a rip off!!! read full review »

I paid up Rs.2036 for an online data entry job. The work that was claimed on the website initially is totally different from the main work that is to be done. Even after paying up and doing a different job than was promised, the company is not giving credit by totally ignoring our jobs. I have confirmed from sources that the company does not send any verification emails as it claims to do and on the basis of which the payment is supposed to be made. I am a subscriber of verizon online dsl service and it sucks. It is the worst internet i have ever had. The reason being is i can barely stay connected for 5-10 minutes and then i losose connection again. Then when i call verizon for help i reach them in india or the Philipinies or something like that. I can never get anyone in my own state that i can correspond with effectively. So for anybody who wants dsl do not go for verizon online dsl as it is like dial-up. read full review »

Vonage service is not great. You can lose your dial tone and not know it. But you wonder why your phone doesn't ring and then you pick it up to find out you've lost your dial tone. You call Vonage support and you have to use your cell phone for about 45 minutes to an hour. The technician tells you what to do, and you have to unplug, reset, and reboot as many times as they want you to. Wild Blue Trouble from Day one. The free install wasn't free at all, the person that installed the service charged an extra $200 to set a $40 pipe in the ground with a $5 sack of concrete. Never enough Cashiers at the East West Connector Store in Austell Ga. There is never a person supervising front end operations, no sense of urgency. It is like the front end is on automatic in the evenings when shopping there. When a person spends $800.00 a month in your store they should not have to stand in line 45minutes to be checked out. Fair policy access... be aware before you sign on the line. You won't be able to watch a movie or download much music. They will cut you off for 24 hours. I've completed several surveys totaling up to over $1,000.00 and was only approved for $40.00 and can not even get paid for these because you have to be approved for $100.00 to be able to get paid. This is a total scam and needs to be shut down.
