We called for a new installation scheduled on 6/11/2007. The assigned installer's scheduler (his wife) called to see if we wanted it done early and scheduled it to be on 5/31/2007 because he had to be in Sonoita, AZ that morning for another install. I have been having issues with Marlboro cigarettes for years and it seems to be getting worse. I bought a carton of Marlboro Lights on a cruise ship in October of 2000. After caching a check this morning where Tele Check approved the check. I attempted to purchase goods at a second store. I was denied again. Well it has been almost 6 days and Verizon still cannot figure out how to turn my DSL email accounts over to FIOS accounts. I cannot access my sub accounts and every night I call and they update the ticket. The OCS group then tells them it is working and nothing. Plus the on hold time is nuts. The fron line people at the fios are very nice but their hands are tied the say because they cannot even talk to the national email support people at verizon. I had taken my kids in to have pictures taken before my son had to leave for the Marines. I think the service provided by the Photo Video Network in New Jersey was horrible. The photographer and videographer were fine. I live in Perm city (Russia). On November 16, 2007 I was sent a laptop via Fedex from my relative in USA to get it close to New Year as a gift. I signed up for Mediacom phone service to go along with my internet and cable service. Mediacom was here on 1/24/08 and "hooked" me up. I can make outgoing calls, but am unable to get incoming calls. I run a small business and have lost nearly $8,000 since last Thursday. Mediacom says they are "working" on it since then. I went on for a free credit report didn't get any kind of info and so I canceled it! This was 1-2 years ago and all of a sudden I have seen four charges against my credit card!! three for $11.95 they all are from 1/10,1/11,1/13 of 2008 and another one for $95.60 on 1/20/2008. I found a 149.99 charge on credit card. First of all how did they get my Credit Card Number? When you call they tell you to get your membership number off of your membership packet. I never received a packet! Secondly they told me I cashed a 9.95 dollar check which authorized the membership, which was a lie. They are a scam and if you are not watching your credit card statements they are going to burn you. They did deactivate the membership and will refund my C.C. They also boast of having over 10,000 clients and are powersellers with Ebay and are a "valuable client" of paypal. I purchased a single MaxLite bulb for $1.00. When I got home and installed it, it did not light up. So I called the Company to let them know of the defect. The presentative said "no problem". But here's the rub. I received a letter requesting a cash register receipt or a UPC symbol from the package. No problem. But then they requested a $4.00 check or money order per CFL. Why would anyone pay $4.00 for a replacement bulb, when you can purchase a replacement for $1.00 plus tax? So much for a company standing behind it's product.
