I called to cancel web memberships. The customer service department is terrible. She asked why I was cancelling and I just told her - because I want to! It is NONE of their business why people choose to cancel !!!

As I am waiting for her to cancel I have been waiting for more than 15 minutes on the phone and there was laughing in the background (very UNPROFESSIONAL!).

I have a funeral to attend and you would THINK that a company that SELLS websites would be a little faster in just cancelling a simple membership to avoid future payments!

I highlyl DO NO NOT RECOMMEND.

Have had several experiences w/ Vistaprint over the years thru 3 or 4 business associations. Bottom line is that when you're fortunate enough to slip through and not hit any of their infamous snags, good for you. But when they mess up, which is absolutely inevitable, they mess up spectacularly and are obnoxious to deal with. So it's a gamble - you may come off okay with attractive products at a good price, but our company has decided that the massive screw ups that come every few orders destroy any savings, so that's it's cheaper and better to go with moo.com or someone else dependable and honest. When it's our call, we absolutely use someone else. When it's not our call, we strongly advise our associates to use someone else, as we will not chip in for emergency reprinting if and when Vistaprint ruins another marketing order.

I have a business website with VISTA PRINT and we have closed our business so I called VISTA PRINT last Friday to cancel the website. I made SIX calls, I was able to get their ordering department every time but when they transferred me to the cancellation department I got cut off. On my SIXTH CALL I got operator extension 5253 and told her I wanted my website canceled now, she wanted to send me to the department that kept cutting me off, I said no, she needed to take care of it and explained why. She said it would be taken care of that day, well it is till up and running. This company is doing bad business. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB and my credit card company.

Vista Print advertises free Business Cards which are not free at all. After you spend countless time trying to navigate thru their pop up loaded website and finally reach the end all of a sudden you are charged for shipping at the very least. If you add any type of option just watch their price calculator continue to climb. Stay with real web providers like Vera Print and others.

I don't want to be rude but you are educated women and having business to way to success, you have to be loyal with your customer, we trust you and we give you the business but if we get deceived this not good for you and your new client who trust your company and order the stuff, I do agree I make the design of the card but did you check the cards before you delivered it, Its common sense when you can't read your name on the card so is it valuable for others that’s a common sense.
What if someone did the same with you how its feel, I think sincerity is more precious then money making like this.
I am so surprised what did you guys and your company did to me and if I show these cards printed by your company what will be the result? Did u ever think about it? what if I sue your company they can see the card and will make decision about that how its look like and what quality of card I order and what I get and cards words are invisible.

I request you to refund my money back which I spend on the cards trusting your company its your responsibility to satisfied me you lied to me that for 21 days the card will be delivered and its takes only 2 days to delivered to me and then I ask for the expensive material you charge for that but give me the weird one and printing is so weird, If you will not refund my money I will take further action against you.
