The new home I purchased was configured with a 75 gallon Rheem Water Heater. Model 21VR75N, Serial# RHLN 1101124277. The first incident we experienced involved a significant amount of corrosion on top of the unit where the nipples are attached for the inlet and outlet water. Parker is not honoring the lifetime warranty that came with my Duofold ballpoint pen. It broke in half as I was using it and they refuse to repair it. After back and forth correspondence, it has become clear that they see things very differently. I canceled membership shortly after receiving the catalog, because I did not care for it at all.
