I am traveling by Auto from the day I entered Bangalore. It takes exactly Rs.62 (old meter) and Rs.72 (New meter) to my office from my residence. Now I end up paying Rs.80, which is too expensive for me. Unfortunately there is no good local transport available and I struggle everyday. My office is hardly 11 kms away and I have to spend Rs.160 per day. I'd like to report that this phone card companies are cheating customers. I purchased phone cards distributed by Public Telecard & Wireless at $5 each. The operator would say that I have 1 hour to talk on the card but after 30 minutes of talk time the operator warns that I have only one minute left. This is another company that was sold to me over the phone. I don't know for sure if it was a sales rep from the company or a contracted telemarketing firm. They had enough information that it was a warm call. I never gave them my card number, but somehow, my "risk-free trial" became a paid charge on my bank card. I went through the check out line with 4 gallons of BIN Primer. There was a $5 rebate for each gallon purchased, or so they adverted. The company charges you to view their apartment listings. The listings are not theirs rather copied from other sources. All of the listings I called were no longer available or could not be referenced due to the lack of an identification number. I've had problems changing the "My Account" information for some time now. I had suggested that they add an option of being able to add 150 minutes only. They did for awhile, but now they don't have the options. Now, when you go to the site, it says you can add 50, 100 or 150 minutes to your cell phone monthly automatically!
